 + -1 moreThey lacked the professionalism to call me to explain the problem and reschedule.
Description of Work: River City Carpet Cleaners was supposed to be at my house by 2:00 pm. After 3:30 no carpet cleaners and no phone call. I called them and the daughter of the owner told me he was supposed to call me. After 4 pm I heard from him. Their machine shorted out and needed to be fixed. They had two more jobs to do before they could come to me. Then they left a message and said they could not come because it was too late and they had another job to do. I tried to contact them by phone and text to reschedule but they never called me back after many messages. I was upset more that they did not call back to reschedule than the fact that they could not come that day. Things happen but they should have tried to reschedule.

 + 0 moreThey actually called Thomasville to make sure the couches could be steam cleaned, but found out that they could not, so I only got my carpets cleaned. They did help me find someone who could actually dry clean my couches for me. The carpets looked amazing when they were done!! I could not have asked for nicer, more professional service.
Description of Work: I called them to clean 2 couches and 3 carpets.

 + -1 moreThis company is awesome. They are very professional, friendly, responsive and did a top quality job on our very light carpet. I have had nightmare experiences with carpet cleaners where our carpet looked worse a week after cleaning than it did before because of the oil in the chemicals used (which eventually attracted more dirt!). River City has the process down to a science. Our carpets look new every time they leave our home. I'm extremely picky when it comes to quality work and this company will always be on my "go-to list"!
