The company's crew were actually 2 days early. They did their work in less than 1 hour leaving no messes in the house.

They’re excellent. They were so kind to my parents. I guess it was a big job like doing the décors and everything while we are still in the house.

Initial contact was more than them just taking a name & number. The initial estimate was prompt & the owner (who did the estimate) recommended a certain product that he thought would best fit our needs (not the most expensive). The technicians arrived on time. Explained things clearly and finished quickly.

John Heise came to my location for a site survey. He submitted a written proposal the same day. I accepted the next day, and his crew did the installation two business days later. They were totally professional, completing the installation in a minimum amount of time, and they left no mess behind, disposing of the old furnace.

Had waited for over two months for another company. Called Heise and had the new units installed within three days.

They came out the same day that I had called. I had my quote the vey next day. We set up a day for install and they were on time and very professional and had everything installed within about 4 to 5 hours.

We called on Labor Day weekend, and someone came to our house within an hour. He replaced the motor and then showed us some basic maintenance that we can do to keep it running well. We were impressed overall with the service.

I used this company two years ago for installing a new heat pump system for the main floor. I have been very satisfied with their service. So I hired the company again for the second floor.

Jeremy came and diagnosed a broken compressor on the unit and recommended replacement as we already had a known freon leak. He sent us a quote via email for a replacement unit. We communicated several times via email with questions I had as well as a second quote for a higher SEER unit. About a week later he installed a new 16 SEER unit. He also gave us a credit for the freon that they had put in the unit about 6 weeks earlier during the spring maintanence. It might have sped up the process if he would have quoted a couple different options on the efficiency ratings at the beginning rather than just quote the lowest efficiency. However, Jeremy was very professional and we were very satisfied with the results. We will definitely keep using them for our Hvac needs.

Mr. Heise provided a quote which was much what was charged. The job was actually being done for my super senior parents in a very old home. (Some floor work had to be done first) They arrived and completed the job providing excellent service. Very kind and considerate workers!

They arrived on time. Brought adequate man power to remove and dispose of old furnace. completed all work quickly and professionally.

The service of my AC went well as did the disconnect of 2nd heating source. I would cerrtainly have them service my AC and Heat again.

Went fantastic-I have used this company for past 22 years and they are great. They maintained my old 40 year furnace for 22 years.

These guys are exceptional! I had a gas leak and they came over immediately, detected the problem, and let me know what I needed to do to remedy it. We scheduled the replacement unit to be installed.

We used them in the past. I called around to check on prices for an upcoming job. I like him and they are good people to deal with. They have always done a good job for us. They were as good as anybody. I have never had a problem with them. I will be using them again tomorrow.

They are fabulous. Our air conditioner went out and we called them. They were here in 20 minutes and they fixed it. They also showed me how to prevent it. The other time they showed me how to clean the flame sensor in my heating unit that indicates whether or not the furnace should go ahead light and burn. They have always been just awesome. They came out, changed the capacitor of the outside unit and charged me $70. I couldn't be happier.

Our old unit was dying, Heise fixed it on Thursday, to keep us cool, came out on Friday with a new unit, had it installed and running within 2 hours. These guys have always knocked themselves out to accommodate us. They are they best!!

I called another company who recommended Heise. They came promptly, services existing A.C and recommended, then installed separate unti for sunroom. Very pleased with Heise. Would recommend them.
