Description of Work: I called the company, someone picked up the phone; I told him about the problem, asked to call or come to check the leak, he promised to call back before coming. He never called back and he never came to check. If I would rely on him my house would be damaged by now as I had a big leak downstairs. Tried to call back, a lady picked up the phone, she had NO sense of compassion towards anybodies problem and didn't care. The way company deals with potential customers tells that they are unprofessional and have NO business ethics.

Description of Work: Had a new main water line run to the house. They dug underground as opposed to tearing up the yard. Worked me in early due to cancellation. Highly recommended.
