Ripped off a large section of shingles just before a major rain but did not tarp the roof and my living room flooded. Only installed 3 out 4 of the roof vents I purchased. Chimney leaked during the first rain after the new roof was installed. They came back to fix it but only filled the flashing with silicone which not be a long-term fix. Was on my roof last week and found 3 areas that now have NO decking at all but simply have shingles stretched across gaps in the roof.
Description of Work: I provided all the shingles, tar paper, roof vents, nails, etc. GT Roofing was hired to tear off and install new shingles, install roof vents, fix any decking issues and clean up.
