It went really well. I placed a call to have the unit looked at because it was not cooling like it usually did. They sent out a service tech early the next morning and he diagnosed and fixed the problem before lunch. Great service! Great price!

Called them around 3:30 in the afternoon. They had a guy at my house within 15 minutes. Their man immediately turned the water off at the meter, leaving the rod so we could turn it back on for showers, etc. He then notified the "one call" center that we needed emergency locates for buried utility lines. Those folks were out there by 5:00 that evening. The following day, two Coomers repairmen were on site by shortly after 8:00 am. They had to go get a backhoe to dig down to the entry point to our basement. They carefully dug it up, made the needed repairs, changing the inside faucet to the water main, getting chat to fill in the area where the air conditioner sits ( that had to be moved since it sits almost directly above the entry) and filled back in the dirt. They were done by around 3:00 that day.

I would highly recommend him for home repairs. He is very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. He told me exactly what was wrong and did not try to up sell me. I trust him very much.

Coomer's arrived on time on the morning of my appointment and quickly started working on my drain. In about a half hour they had finished up, and asked me to look over the work they had done before providing me with the final cost. Obviously the drain trap had been replaced, but they also took time to fix the broken drain which I hadn't even mentioned as I never use the tub. As they got ready to leave and I prepared to pay them I looked over the bill, and they didn't even charge for replacing the broken drain.

The day before Easter my husband was trying to loosen the water filter that needed to be changed. It's attached directly to the major waterline that enters our house. In doing so, the PVC pipe broke resulting in a scene right out of a Chevy Chase movie. Water was gushing and spraying everywhere with no way to stop it. Frantically, we called Mr. Coomer and were able to get a hold of him on his cell phone. He rushed over and stayed most of the afternoon to temporarily fix the problem until Monday. The mess was huge but could have been so much worse if he had not been willing to come on his day off. He was certainly our hero. Mr. Coomer and his men came back on Monday and spent the day replacing the PVC (inside and outside)with a copper line. We highly recommend him and his workers.
