+ -1 moreThey had salesman come to our house and show us videos of 4 man crews that came through and tore everything out and restore d the bathroom in a 24hr period. It was top of the line. What we got instead was one guy that barely had time to be there. The shower area looks nice, but the shower was dirty and could not be cleaned after he left. It took him right at 3 days to complete a 24 hr job. Not to blame him, but you could tell he could use some help. It took them a little over a month the fix the shower where the base could be cleaned.

Description of Work: Measurements were wrong. The sink top sent did not fit the cabinet. We have to wait an additional 3-4 weeks for it to come in. We had already waited since May to get work started. The shower surround did not go to the ceiling as it was supposed to; again, a miss measurment. Installer didn't notify us when water was going to be turned off so wecould be prepared. Installer left trash in our yard from removal of old toilet, packaging etc. We had to cean up after him. Paint was applied to old wall paper that should have been taken off. This was a complete remodel of a bathroom that took all week and is still not finished to complete satisfaction. Thank goodness we had another bathroom!
