The gentleman was super nice and very professional. I've been using this service since I moved into my house almost 6 years ago. They are always professional, on time, and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

We switched from Terminix to Advanced and received a discount on the first service (normally $95, we paid $65). The tech was very nice and professional. So far it's working really well; we see some dead flies and beetles on the perimeter of our house and in the garage.

He sprayed for a very long time, about an hour and a half, spraying everything thoroughly, inside, outside, and the basement. They didn't use a bomb in the basement since the renters were upstairs and they had an infant, so he sprayed really well and cleaned the spider webs as he was spraying. Before he left, the spiders were dropping dead left and right. Did not see that with the last pest control company I used, and APCS were $50 cheaper, so I was very, very pleased! Very professional as well, arrived early, worked the entire time, didn't chitchat, even when the toddler followed him around saying he was and quot;Super Gabeand quot; and would be helping him kill the bad spiders. Cute, huh? He wouldn't spray with Gabe around, so Gabe found something else to do. This guy was WAY professional. I will be using APCS from now on to spray my rental and my home, and recommending them highly to anyone who needs pest control. If you are looking for a company for pest control, don't read any more reviews, call APCS. You won't regret it!

My appointment was for 8am. At 7:35am, the tech was knkocking at my door, saying he was going to do the outside first, then the inside. Seemed nice, polite, professional. He started up a (LOUD) compressor on his truck, which Iand quot;m sure my neighbors really appreciated, before 8am, and proceeded to and quot;power washand quot; my house with pesticide -- at least that's what it sounded like! When he was done outside, he came inside. I thought I'd stay, because the spraying they do at my office doesn't bother me at all. After (literally) a minute, I had to go sit in my car, because he was spraying so much. At 9:15am, he finally came outside, and took off his respirator. That should have been my first clue. We had discussed and quot;bombing or and quot;foggingand quot;, but decided against it, because I didn't have all of my electronics covered. This was just for spraying and baiting. I asked how long I needed to stay outside, thinking he'd say maybe ten or fifteen minutes. When he said, and quot;oh, couple, three hoursand quot;, I was shocked - since we were not bombing. I ran in to pick up a T-shirt and grab my purse. I was inside all of - maybe - thirty seconds. That half minute was long enough for me to realize that he had literally saturated my floors -- I skated down my linoleum covered hallway, and squished across the carpets. It was also long enough to leave me coughing and hacking, tears rolling down my face, in my driveway for the next hour, unable to drive. The tech, a nice, older man, was kind enough to put his respirator back on and go in to turn on my fans, open windows. When I got home that night, over 10 hours later, my windows were still open, my fans were still on and quot;highand quot;, and my floors were still saturated. This stuff does not evaporate. When I walk across my linoleum floor, it sounds, and feels, like I'm walking across a dirty fast food restaurant floor: sticky, but kind of greasy. I promise you, those floors were not like that before he sprayed that stuff all over them! Also, beware your pets! My dog got sick from just the residue picked up on his toys. I am torn between going back to my old pest control co., or staying with Advanced Pest. The price is really high, compared to what I had been paying. Given the amount of pesticide the tech used, I can well imagine why they have to charge so much!

He arrived on time and explained what he was doing. I would use them again if I need to.

I have been using them for almost ten years now. I am very satisfied with their services. I had an excellent overall experience with them. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. They are just perfect.

They did pretty good job.

They are always on time and they call a few days ahead. If I ask them to do something, they will go ahead and do it. They will ask if there is anything else. They have just generally been up beat and very knowledgeable. We had ants' problem. They took care of it and they have been really good to us. Their price is pretty competitive with everybody else in town. Once they spray, we don't see anything for weeks. They are here when they say they are going to be here. They are very professional. They always wear their uniforms and they knock on the door. They always greet with you a smile.

I like them. They are always ready to come help you. I think they do a good job.

Adam arrived on time and did the treatment for us and was very professional and helpful.
