His prices the best in the area. This is a commercial property, which we are not always at, so Scott would make a judgment call as to whether the grass needed mowing or not. He could’ve easily mowed when it wasn’t needed just to get paid, however, he did not. He cared about us getting value for our money and providing honest service….A very rare quality. I highly recommend him for any Commercial or Home Lawn Care needs you have."

Topsoil should go down first.
