They were very reasonable on the pricing. We checked several places and their labor was about half. Very neat and clean. Cleaned up the small amount of dust they made. Would highly recommend this company.

Tony and crew from Bob Jones provided absolutely the best service I have ever had. They were professional in all aspects - from beginning to end and after. I evaluated several firms before selecting Bob Jones. Tony was by far the most informative, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ther products were top of the line and their prices provided the best value for the dollar - by far. Plus they were the only one who could do the entire project. We are very happy with our purchase and did not experience any post purchase anxiety as is often the case after an expensive purchase. Followup service has been fantastic - something very rare in this area of the state.

They provide excellent service. I have used them for twenty years. In fact, they installed the system when we first moved in. I don't have a contract with them. I just call them when I need them. I don't remember how much I spent for the service but it wasn't that much. It was reasonable. The man who runs it took over the business from his father. He is well qualified and is very articulate when it comes to doing the job and doing it right. He explains everything. For me it is great service. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Couldnt have asked for better

Very hot day in July. A/C stopped working. Called Bob Jones Co. and they came out that same day. Found out compressor had completely blown up. Came back the next morning with a work up of several options for either repairing or replacing unit. Very professional work ups. We decided what unit we would go with. The company made a phone call and had the unit here the next morning to install. The crew went to work and had the unit in place by that afternoon. It is a fantastic Carrier Heat Pump. I would strongly recommend calling this company with any problems. They came out a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly and to make sure we had no questions. I especially liked the idea that the people had been with this company for a long time. No fly-by nights.
