+ -1 moreWe made an appointment several weeks before they were to come. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. We called the office and 2 other phone numbers that were given, leaving messages for hours. Finally we received a call. So instead of coming at 10:00am, someone came at 4:00 because they forgot. Anyway, the man sprayed but we still have fleas. Not a good experience.
Description of Work: Indoor flea extermination.

+ -1 moreCalled Mefford Pest Control who immediately set up an appointment. They were in and out quickly and we haven't seen a live spider or ant since (it's been about a month, as I write this). We were very pleased with them, and will likely continue to use them for our pest control needs.
Description of Work: We moved into a new house a few months ago which had been empty for many months. It had a serious spider problem all over the house and we noticed a number of ants in the kitchen and bathroom that we couldn't get to go away.
