Absolute Improvement

The concrete work is excellent. The 3 car garage is just as we planned; Steve added LED automatic exterior lighting, 3 electric garage door openers and 3 French drains with grates set in the driveway to prevent standing water. The retaining wall matches our stone house. Steve hand built new wooden doors for the stone garage that make it look like an old fashion coach house. The Grandkids adore the Hex Shed which has interior paneled walls, electric outlets and lighting, its sure better to look at from our dining room windows than an old cistern.

Four light fixtures with pull switches installed to allow for less electricity usage when all are not needed. 5 outlets installed throughout the basement to allow power tools to be used wherever needed. New caulking improved look of tub and shower. All drywall repair done well. Rounded L shaped driveway with gravel bedding and rebar; Looks great and blends well into original driveway. Rainy weather caused some delays on concrete pour but other projects completed in a timely manner. Crew was very responsive to my very picky opinion on their caulking in the 2nd floor tub and shower.

I needed my Mother's house prepped to be sold. Absolute Improvement was hired to repair nail holes and paint, her entire 8 room house. We were happy with the job and how quickly it was completed. While waiting for the house to sell, the retainer wall on the patio collapsed during a heavy rain. Again, we contacted Absolute Improvement, they hauled away the old wall debris and constructed a much more beautiful wall in its place. What great guys! and the reasonable price impressed me too. We'll call them again when our own house needs repair. Mom's house sold quickly with the new attractive retaining wall that really improved the look of the patio.

I found out today, 07/24/2013, that he put a lean on my house and is now sueing me for $5000. Do not use him.
