Virtual Plumbing

I happened on the owner of Virtual Plumbing where I work. I had several questions about a project that I was thinking of doing and needed some straightforward answers. I never gave him any indication that I would offer him the work but he still took the time to give me to answer all my questions in a manner which I could understand. I was so impressed with his taking the time to speak with me that I asked him if he would consider doing the work I needed done. We discussed some of the options and he gave me an estimate which I agreed to, also understanding that it was only a ballpark figure because he hadn't actually seen the job. I was sure that I would have to wait weeks to have it done because it's been so cold around here recently and I knew that he was going to be doing work at my place of employment which was obviously a much bigger job than I needed. Granted, my job was not an emergency (I was replacing my hot water heater with a larger one) but he offered to do it the next afternoon. Not only did they show up on time but the office contacted me to see if they could actually start an hour or so earlier...I readily agreed. They arrived, did the job, left their work area probably cleaner than they found it...and, last night, I had two very happy grandchildren that were able to use the Jacuzzi for the first time since we purchased the home two years ago !!! You can't put a price tag on that ! I would recommend them without hesitation. There's not to much that I can say other than that. Oh, and the price of the job? Not one cent more than the original estimate which I considered extremely fair to begin with. Based upon the fact that he hadn't even seen the job, he knew that I was not going to hold him to the original price we had discussed. Nevertheless, that's all that I ended up paying. I did not list the total that I was charged because there are so many different types of hot water heaters and obviously the difficulty of the removal and installation obviously are to be taken into account. I will say that I paid under what I thought that I would have to.

Responded to call for aleak promptly attempted one solution when it didn't work returned promptly and stated I need a new heater. He replaced it the next day. They are responsible, professional and fair.
