+ -1 moreCraig's finished product is excellent. I recommend that like all contractors you get a complete project before you pay any final money. Because Craig does quality work he is very busy.
Description of Work: Craig build a custom shallow water left for me. I designed it and he enhanced the design.

+ -1 moreAs I previously stated, Craig has been open, knowledgeable, and willing to offer advice. That is a rare quality today and I think that reveals much about the person you are working with.
Description of Work: Craig is an asset to our community. He was more than helpful to me when I first broke into the business of boat lifts at Lake of the Ozarks. He was and continues to be the "genuine article". He takes pride in his products and truly cares about his clients and yes even this competitor. Thank you Craig and "Drew Lifts". + -1 moreHe did not adequately anchor the concrete boat anchors on the shore and one of the anchors pulled out of the ground after a few months. When I informed hime of the problem he wanted to charge me to fix the anchor which he didn't install correctly the first time. I realized I wasn't going to get him to make the repairs for nothing so I agreed to give him two paddle boats valued at about $200 in exchange for the repairs. He took my paddle boats and over the course of 12 months had numerous excuses why he couldn't get to the job. It got to the point he would not return my phone calls. He never did the work and has my two paddle boats which he has no intentions of paying for.
Description of Work: Installed a boat dock and boat lifts at my residence at the Lake of the Ozarks
