+ -1 moreAbsolutely went out of his way to help us! Including a special trip to get a used part just so that we would have a washing machine until the new part arrived. He absolutely has our business from now on! Highly highly recommend!

+ -1 moreTerrible service, not punctual, not professional, still isn't fixed.
Description of Work: I told Larry my icemaker wasn't working. He came out and put a used one on. I called the next day and told him we still had no ice. A week later he showed up and put a new one on. Again I called and said we had no ice. He didn't show up for another week, told me it was frozen up (duh) , thawed out the tube and guess what, it still doesn't work. He has no clue what he is doing and his wife, who answers the phone is very rude. Don't use this guy.
