When we moved here from out of state, I contacted two cabinet makers for quotes. I chose Parks Cabinets because they provided the most comprehensive schematic and quote. The desk/cabinet was installed with no problems and the crew was very professional and helpful. We had also ordered new kitchen hardware and they changed it out for us and repaired a counter top at the same visit. They even cleaned up after the installation. We are very pleased with how well the new addition matches the older cabinetry and very impressed with the professionalism of Parks Cabinets owner and employees.

First of all, I consulted with a large home improvement center in our area and their price was a wee bit smaller, but did not include counter tops, hardware, or the easy close doors and drawers. Their price was for non and quot;special orderand quot; cabinets. I wanted good sturdy all wood cabinets. A Parks employee took my rough drawing and made a preliminary design for my kitchen. When we decided that they were the best deal, as we wanted and quot;realand quot; wood and nicely made cabinets we contacted Parks Cabinets and talked with Mr. Ryan Parks. Mr. Parks then visited my home and made his own measurements and found I was off in a couple of areas and adjusted his design. From the start he provided an e-mail address and promptly answered any questions I had. He was always easy to contact by phone. After we gutted the kitchen and found that we had four floors to rip out and all the walls were built within the old lath walls and the ceiling was the same way, along with all the floor joists and headers having past termite damage, we put Parks on hold. They were more than happy to work with us. After all the tear out and rebuilding the floor joists and headers and putting in the sub-floor we contacted Mr. Parks and he came out once again and took new measurements (the kitchen was now about 4 inches bigger all around and the ceiling was higher). We notified Mr. Parks when the walls and ceiling were sheet rocked and gave him an estimate of when we might be ready to have the cabinets installed. Mr. Parks made yet another trip out to consult with us and measure. Upon completion of the hardwood floors we called him and told him we were ready. Even though his people were scheduled to set up a booth at a show in the area, he worked me in and over a couple of days, all my beautiful cabinets and counter-tops were installed to perfection. I have since decided I want a couple of changes. Mr. Parks was happy to make suggestions and help me with the changes. I've never dealt with a company that was so careful in their measurements and installation. They have a very high standard of customer service. Their workers were friendly and professional and knew their craft. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Parks Cabinets. This kitchen is my dream kitchen. I've wanted it for about 30 years and have been saving for it for about 10 years. I can say Parks Cabinets made this dream come true.
