Owner/contractor arrived at my home at 6:30 am with two crew members and tools in hand. they immediately began removing all vents and cleaning and checking them thoroughly. by that time lumber yard truck arrived with shingles and they began to unload truck while roofer removed shingles from places where there was rotten wood and began to repair wood before beginning to lay new shingles on existing roof. Owner and crew members were professional in all aspects, respectful, courteous, proficient in what they were doing and working at a fast pace. By 1:30 pm they were done and cleaned up all mess that had been made. Owner gave me 5 years warranty on job performed. shingles have 25 year warranty

Contractor came out on one days notice and was prepared to evaluate and complete all work needed. He showed up exactly on day and hour promised and had all tools and supplies with him. The contractor removed old siding from storm damage from one side of the house, removed old house wrap and replaced with new house wrap and siding. Contractor replaced damaged roof shingle and calked around all vents and vent pipes
