+ -1 moreI called and set an appointment with them. The man I spoke to seemed very nice. They never showed up for the appointment and never called back. My conclusion is that this business demonstrated a lack of concern. To me, it clearly shows that they are disinterested in customer service. As a result in the poor communication. They exercised poor judgement and illustrated who they really are as a company.
Description of Work: I called them to have them wash my windows.

Description of Work: I hired Tidy Guys to clean one of my 4 condos. I blocked off 2 days of my nightly rental which cost me about $180.00. I had Tidy Guys scheduled to do a deep clean as well as a carpet clean. They were supposed to be there at 11:00 am. I started calling Tidy Guys at about 11:30 a.m. I politely left a message. I called them several times throughout the day. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! I called many times, left messages, and NEVER got a response, No apology, NO NOTHING!! THIS BUSINESS IS NOT RELIABLE!!!! Take my advise and USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
