Excellent service

I was having a new phone line installed when the technician drilled a hole in my main service lie from panel to meter. It knocked out all power and blew a fuse at the transformer that KCP&L fixed. Clayton Brown connected me within 10 minutes of my request, was there within 20 minutes and did an excellent job of removing and replacing the power line. He was clean, efficient, friendly and respectful. I will be calling him again for any electrical work!!

Clayton Brown was very nice, knowledgeable, and a fast worker. He replaced two wall outlets in 2 different bathrooms with Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter units.

Fill out my request. Got a quick callback. Clayton came and did the job that same morning to my surprise. I was expecting to have to schedule a time for a later date. He was very professional explained it all to me and got the job done very quickly.

Clayton Brown called within an hour of getting the Home Advisor notice. He offered to drop by that morning before another job or later that day after an appointment he already had. I picked the afternoon and asked him to call on his way. He did that and arrived at the exact time he suggested. It took about 10 minutes for him to find a loose outlet and repair it. I had suggested some steps I thought caused the problem. Clayton said he would do a quick troubleshoot before replacing any GFI outlets like I suggested. His troubleshoot worked and I did not have to pay for a new outlet or additional time to repair.

Cannot rate value for money as the project is not yet finished. He charges $65/hour and will allow the homeowner to assist.

Clayton listened to what I had to say and was receptive to my ideas. He was friendly and worked hard at performing his tasks. Clayton was prompt and diligent in the projects he completed. I was very happy and pleased with the results. I have given his information to several people already.

He consulted with us to determine our needs and came prepared to work on installing switches and outlets. I did not have to wait very long to get on his schedule. He started the day after the first contact. Hired him again right after the initial project was finished to install lighting. Very pleased with the finished product.

Mr. Brown was just a very nice man and he did a great job. He listened to my concerns and addressed every problem I had.
