AAA Disposal Service

Going on 5 th week since I contracted service. Has been picked up only once. I even call the day before to ask that they please make sure we are picked up. They don’t give a hoot. It like talking to a wall. The worse service I have ever received. I am new to area and if there is another choice you can be sure I would take it. Forget talking to a manager the will not call you back

Trash has been picked up every week without fail. The can is placed back in the same spot I placed it and the lid was closed back to keep the elements out of the can. Even the yard bags were picked up without leaving a mess.

RUDE customer service. Was hung up on. 17 days of service and never received a trash bin. Had to cancel my service, not only once but twice.

You get what you pay for ... and in this case, not much. Sitting on two weeks of trash not picked up over Mothers Day weekend. Called and the rude receptionist was like 'meh'. I have put up with months and months of trash cans laid in the middle of my driveway, lids strewn all over the place. (Hint: Pick up my trash tomorrow, and I'll change my review ....you know who this is.) And what is the deal with yard waste thrown into the same trash truck? Anyway, anyone know the number to Envirostar? They are quality.

We chose AAA because they had better prices than EWS and they are a local company. Unfortunately they never consistently picked up that trash. This was a house we were preparing to sell but weren't living in. At one point our trash sat out for an entire month without being picked up (my husband had left town for work so hadn't been out). On multiple occasions I called them the day before or the day of trash pick-up to remind them to get us and we were still missed. I don't think there was a single time that our trash was picked up two weeks in a row. If they missed a week they claimed they couldn't come get it until the next week - which is of course unacceptable. The folks I spoke to on the phone were always polite but unable to do anything to solve the situation.

This is my second full year as a customer of AAA Disposal. I switched to them because they seem to be the only trash hauler in my area that offers combined recycling. I'm disabled and can no longer sort or haul recycling. They show up every week. That's about the best I can say about them. The emptied recycling cart is often left in the street or smack in the middle of the driveway, blocking entrance to the driveway. The trash crew will actually remove items from the trash cart and throw them on the ground; apparently, there are items they don't accept, but I've never received a list of taboo items. Any item that's too large for a trash can incurs an extra charge and must be paid for in advance. Usually $9 for each item. The office only accepts credit cards and yet they charge an extra fee for using a credit card! Driver takes several weeks to figure out which items have been paid for and office is completely unresponsive, bordering on rude. It took SIX WEEKS to pick up one item after I'd paid for pick up. As soon as another hauler switches to combined recycling, I'm done with these people.

I have used this company for awhile now. It stops now. I always pay 6 months at a time and ALWAYS have my container out the night before. Several times they have missed me. Today was the final straw. I called when I realized they had picked up my neighbors trash and not mine. The driver said my container was not out. I verified with 3 of my neighbors that my container was out front at 6 pm on Monday. I was treated so rudely and was told they would not pick my trash up until next week, which means I have to move the can back to the back of house and put up with the smell until next week. Needless to say they won't give me credit for an extra week. I know it doesn't sound so bad to some, but I am 71 years old and disabled, so moving that large container around will be a problem. City code won't let me leave it in front for a week. They are a terrible company and I am also filing a complaint with BBB and the city. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There are plenty of good companies out there who will appreciate the business.

Terrible customer service from the beginning. Management is never "available" to help. Once I finally reached an "assistant manager" she actually hung up the phone when I told her I'd have to file a complaint with the BBB for lack of service. I canceled my service after the second week and they still haven't picked up their trash can almost a month later. They keep saying "you're on the list". Won't let me talk with management. My neighbors are complaining about the can sitting out for almost a MONTH! AAA doesn't care. I did not receive the service I paid for for the 2 weeks and I'm still not able to be done with them because they won't come pick up their can. Have left a message for management with no return call. Have filed a complaint with BBB with no response. Please review BBB website and other review sites prior to hiring this company. I made the mistake of not checking these things and have been very frustrated with dealing with this company.

They are on time and do a good job. The price is good.

Regular weekly pickup done very well. Trash picked up from side of house, empty cans returned neatly. The best trash collection service I've ever used.

They come every week and are always neat and put cans back. If you have any extra trash they don't seem to care. I would recommend them to anyone.

THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND PICKS UP OUR TRASH AND YARD DEBRIS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!
