Michael has done excellent electrical work for us several times over the last few years, most recently completing all of the wiring on a new home. In addition to doing great work, he and his employees are courteous, respectful, hard-working and committed to following through until the work is completed. Michael is an excellent communicator, responding to texts and phone calls in a very timely manner and always arriving to work when promised. Integrity Electrical is true to it's name!

Initially, I had written a phenomenal review of Integrity Electric. However, I need to change this since he has never returned to finish contracted services. He did the electric for our new home, and one aspect was when he told us we needed a new electric pole put outside. We paid for the new pole which included Michael removing the old pole. However, though the house was finished in March and it is now mid-February, he has not returned to take down the old pole. After calling a few months ago to find out why, he had numerous excuses about employees and schedules, so we agreed to wait until the slower months. When it still wasn't down in January, I sent a 3rd request, only to be lectured about how he had gone out of his way to take care of us. Evidently, he believes that answering a few questions warrants not having to fulfill services that were already paid for. He or his employees also broke an expensive light we had purchased, but he claims they hadn't. And the closest has holes in the drywall above the light switch, yet he claimed he didn't know where they came from when I asked about it. His was not the least expensive bid, but we had used him anyway because he seemed the most reputable, however, that opinion has been proven wrong. UPDATE - 7 months after final payment and initially contacting Michael to ask when the pole would be removed, it has been cut down.
Description of Work: New home rough in and finish, including dock rewiring.

Response from Integrity Electric LLC
We have tried to work with this customer to resolve this posting but we were told to not contact her again so resolution will need to happen indirectly. In the mean time, we will respond to these vindictive slanderous comments because they have the potential of taking food off the tables of our staff. Regarding her points: The project was months over schedule because she ran over budget and ended up doing a lot of the finish work herself while living 3 hours away. The delay ended her project during the local busy season so I told them I would come back and remove the old, unused pole during our slow season. This pole being there had no impact on anything and was not in the way of anything. Our slow season is January / February and the pole was removed during that time as promised. As she noted they agreed to wait until our slow season. 2. We did not break anything. She was out of money and brought in used ceiling fans / lights for us to patch together and purchased very low end fixtures online. She spray painted an LED pendant light and ruined it by getting paint in the transformer. 3. We did not put any holes in any drywall except where their drywaller covered up our boxes and we had to find them. 4. We did a number of things for her that would normally be done by the general contractor simply because she didn't know how to manage her job. Any general contractor knows the last thing that is done on a job is paint touch up. We try to be careful but there will always be a small amount of touch up required. She painted herself and was sick of painting so she was clearly irradiated by this although she did not mention the concern at the time. When we end up installing the same fixtures more than once because of the poor quality fixtures it makes it even more likely that there will be some marks. You can see from our other references that what this person has described is not what anyone else experienced. As stated, her comments are slanderous and she is vindictive.

Mike was very professional and met with us for an estimate on a Saturday. He was detailed in his explanations and worked with us to try to keep the budget down on the project while focusing on safety. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and we were pleased with the quality of his work. The fact that he warranties his work was important to us in choosing him.
Description of Work: Rewired our dock. Took out old and installed a new disconnect, lights, switches, plugs with all new conduit and wire.
