These people are crooks! I gave them a $6,500 down payment for a $21,000 roof on a house I was selling. They said "sure, we can get it done." Two months later, no roof, no call, no nothing. I had to sell the house at a discount because of it. They never called me. I called them, but no one ever answered and their voicemails were always full. Never returned texts or emails.

Curtis came to price the job. He obviously had a medical problem as he was here for five hours which could have been done in fifteen minutes.. He sat at my dining room table with his computer and would space out for hours at a time. He quoted me a price and I told him it was too much. He phoned someone and then wrote down three thousand twenty odd dollars. I told him that was ok. He had me write a check for $3263.16 stating I would be mailed a check for the difference for paying cash. I contacted the district sales manager Keith McWhorter after not receiving payment. He informed me that the paperwork did not reflect this and that the discount for paying cash would have been done at the time. In a subsequent conversation he told me that he spoke with Curtis, and Curtis could not remember the incident. He stated that he would authorize my reimbursement. Some four months later still nothing. A message left for Keith was never returned. Fraud and lies from a company representing Sears. Partially my fault as I felt sorry for Curtis with his condition, I did not receive one piece of paper other than my check for this transaction.
