I was in a pickle, needing a porch repair done prior to buyers closing on a house I was selling. This was during peak season for deck repair, and Think Tank was able to wedge me on right away. The work was top notch and the value was good. There's no reason to look elsewhere.

We needed the entire deck stripped of what was on it and then refinished. Fred was very dedicated and hard working and communicated with us every step of the way. He was always nice and flexible.

I was amazed at how quickly I was contacted by Fred. I don't know of many businesses that call on Sunday. I was even more pleased that he was able to come give us a bid on Monday. Not only did he provide a reasonable bid, but when another job was cancelled because of rain, he came back and repaired the deck in between showers. Top notch job. Too bad I couldn't give him 10 stars.

Above and beyond on the entire project and wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result

Our dogs were playing on the deck and knocked a bottom railing out of place, making it very unsafe for our family. We put out our listing on HomeAdvisor, and within 30 minutes recieved a call from Fred who was able to come out within the hour and take a look, and fixed it the same afternoon! He also reinforced the rest of the rails so that we wouldn't have this happen again in the future

Fred was our provider and not only did he do a wonderful job of powerwashing, sealing and painting our deck, he has a wonderful disposition and personality. He was always prompt and very meticulous in his work and very much aimed to please. Excellent work ethics. We were very much satisfied. Will definitely contact for future jobs.

He is very organized. He is a neat freak. He starts with a clean area and will always leave with a clean area. Any job he does is basically down to a science. It is amazing to watch him work. He has been doing little projects for me since 2012.

He is very good at what he does. He is very efficient. Very considerate of time. If something isn't right, he will take care of it with no hesitation.
