The tech arrived and performed the annual checkup on my furnace. I watched him do the checkup and he explained everything that he was doing. It looked like a fairly thorough service. I would use them again.

The tech came out, did a fairly thorough analysis and replaced a part creating better cooling.

It was good! Their price was good, and they were good to business with.

They sent an incompetent technician to my house who claimed he could not access the furnace. When I arrived home I easily access the furnace using the brain power and strength of a 4-year-old. I called them the next day to tell them that the technician that came out to my house wasn't competent and that I needed someone else because my furnace was down and I needed it serviced. They told me they would not provide me service.

They did a couple of little extra minor things without additional charge. They didn’t install my air conditioner , but where it runs into the house, the putty/caulk had all over the years had dried up and shrunk up. I asked him if he would be able to re-caulk around the hoses that enter the house because we were getting a few bugs in. He did that with no additional cost over just the service call of coming out to do an a/c check. They were not high pressure as far as trying to make me buy any system even though mine did need a little bit of Freon. They mentioned that there is a certain life expectancy to these machines and that I might be getting close. They told me if I was happy with their service if I would consider them when it was time for me to looking to get an estimate. There was no high pressure as far as buy today and that they can't fix mine. I always get multiple bids on everything. With regard to price, there are a lot to choose from. When I was getting competitive bids, I wouldn't have to go on with anyone that was real high. That was our second appointment with them. So I felt good enough with the first one to get a price from them on the second one, and then I went ahead and chose them.

We've used them in the past a few times. We felt it was time to have a system checkup since it's been a couple of years since having the furnace checked. Plus their Fall Checkup price was about $20-30 less than other companies that we received flyers from. I appreciated that someone at Superior called me in the morning to let me know that the technician would arrive between 2-4pm. Originally I was told 12-4pm. However, the tech arrived about 30 minutes early and spent about 40 minutes checking the furnace and humidifier. Tech was friendly and personable. Wasn't in a hurry to get the job done. He took his time and was methodical in his approach. Gladly answered my questions in a clear & concise manner, meaning he didn't talk over my head. No complaints. Will use again in the future.

I have used them for many years. They are very good. They come in twice a year and sometimes they will ask me if I have a problem; in fact they did come again because I had a problem with my thermostat. They did come to replace it. I usually spend $80 or $90 depending on what is needed, sometimes I spend a little bit more. They are very prompt and usually if there is a problem, they will make an effort to set it right. We had an emergency and a gentleman stopped by on his way home to set it right. I don’t know if it was because we have been customers for a long time or if they do it for everyone. They are very responsive. I trust them. I think they are a little bit high in terms of price. They do a good job, so I am willing to spend a little bit more. I have not checked other prices. I use them every spring and fall. I don’t have a contract with them. I would continue to use them in the future.

Overall it was a good experience. The young man did not know that the ad on Angies list said yes for a senior discount but he did refer me to the phone book coupon which I was able to use.

My wife called Superior on a recomendation from a friend and they arrived very quickly. We had initially called another company more than 12hrs earlier and they still hadn't arrived. The man Superior sent was nice, direct, and quick. He found the problem inside and just checked the outside unit to make sure it was alright as well. There was no "Johnson rods" to be fixed either. He found a small problem with wiring and fixed it.

My a/c was not cooling. The technician glanced at the unit in the basement and said he need to go outside. I told him the units were on the roof and he said they don't do roofs. No one ever asked me where our unit was when I made the appointment so I didn't know there were companies who would not get on the roof (it is flat and can be reached by a regular 8 ft. ladder from our bedroom deck.) I have made an appointment with another company, but we are having to wait another week without air conditioning with company in town (already waited 4 days for this appt.) Had they asked one question when the appointment was made I could have had someone else out this week. The guy also had the gall to say they weren't going to charge me, as if I would have paid for a service call when they refused to look at anything! Also, when he called the dispatcher to tell her it was on the roof she said "don't fall off" which left the impression that he could get on the roof and just didn't want to. Either way, it doesn't matter whether they will get on the roof or not - there are plenty of companies listed in the yellow pages who will. I was mainly upset that we had wasted a week waiting for their service call and are no closer to having our unit repaired. I guess we will have a lot of hot house guests this holiday weekend!
