ROY FARLEY

Mr. Farley showed up to look at the projects and indicated he would call back with an estimate. He never called us back.

The first time Mr. Farley came out he was prompt and polite. He was scheduled to come out two weeks later and never did. He was called again to come out to the store and said he would, and never showed up. I recommend being careful about hiring someone who agrees to come out and then doesn't.

Apparently didn't need work because he told me to take the other cheaper offer. And I did.

Fabulous. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced (not cheap--but solidly fair for excellent workmanship.) My dad owns a few rental houses in St. Louis. Prior to a recent automobile accident he would do all the maintenance himself. Since he is unable to manage various repair issues due to a brain injury -- I coordinated this out of Chicago. I feel very fortunate to have found Roy as he does a nice job, is reliable and honest. In fact, I was so impressed that I am using him to handle repairs on all of the homes until they are sold next year. I don't even bother with estimates. As far as I am concerned, Roy is now the only guy I will use.

Roy came out and gave me an estimate and then completed the work on the day he said he would (even in 95 degree weather!). He did a great job, was professional, and reasonably priced.

MR. FARLEY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL, AND WORKED AT A VERY FAST PACE BEING PAID HOURLY. THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED OUR LEAKAGE AND DRAINING PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.
