Our fee includes all routine cleaning products and materials such as sponges, towels and mops. That saves you shopping time and expense! The only thing you need to provide is trash bags. Of course, if there is a particular brand of product that you prefer for a certain area, we'll be happy to use your supplied product and let you know when it's running low and needs to be replaced. We are bonded and insured. Free estimates.

Description of Work: Dana responded right away to my email & arranged to come out and give me an estimate for cleaning services the next day. My first cleaning was scheduled at that time for Mar. 9 at 9 a.m. |She arrived on time with Abby & Lauren, and they did an excellent job cleaning my entire home. I arranged to have her return and clean my house once a month from then on. Subsequent cleaning visits were excellent--always arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this service.

Response from Maid It House Cleaning Service
As we discussed when I gave you a bid, with the condo being a rental and then being empty for over a year, that some items were going to take a few times to thoroughly get clean. The streaks on the doors were caused mainly by the sunshine and we cannot control the weather. If the kitchen faucet had streaks I do apologize, we do not normally leave streaks. Your appliances, yes I will take the criticism, the stove was so heavily caked with grease, grime and dust that we had a very hard time with it. I personally scrubbed on the stovetop for at least 30 minutes the first time and Lauren scrubbed for another 20 minutes the second time we came out. Since the refrigerator and microwave were brand new, we only dusted them. The wooden blinds were dry dusted, then washed and dry dusted once again to try to get through the heavy grime. I tried to address all of your issues when we returned and spent an additional 2 1/2 man hours, without charge. Since you were not there for either cleanings, I will take issue to not acknowledging your complaints. I apologized to your friend; the homeowner multiple times during our second cleaning.
