Matt and the crew at Lifetime Roofing were very helpful and friendly. The completed the gutters without any issue and I will call them again if I need anything else done.

Matt came out right when he said he would. Located and fixed our problem very quickly! I’ll definetly be calling again if we have more roof problems in the future.

We had such a great experience with Lifetime! We needed a minor repair done and Matt S was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, fixing the problem very quickly. He also helped us understand what some longer-term solution options would be if the issue reoccurs, and was able to offer a really comprehensive explanation of the cause of the leak, other signs to look out for, etc. It was an incredibly helpful and positive experience, and we look forward to working with Lifetime again, for our future roofing needs!

Matt could not have been more helpful and nicer. He did a fantastic job fixing my roofing issues. He was quick and efficient. When he was he even showed my pictures of what he did and what it looked like before. I couldn’t recommended them enough!

I called for a quote on Friday 9/17. My call was returned on Monday 9/20 by an employee named Anthony. Anthony informed me that he would be gone until Thursday and asked if Thursday or Friday would be good for him to come out. I agreed and then he said that he would call me Thursday morning to let me know when they are going to come out. SO Friday afternoon I still have not heard anything from them so I called Anthony back and he informed me that they came by on Thursday. Nobody knocked on my door to see where the leak was coming from or to even let me know that they were here to drone. On this call I was rather annoyed because I had been sitting at home waiting on someone to come by and was not informed when they did. He then started asking me where it was leaking from . At this point I told him that if they would have knocked on my door I would have showed them. So Anthonys manager ended up coming over to my house on Monday 9/27. They found where they think the leak is coming from and he said that he would have me a quote by the end of the week 10/1. I still have not received this quote on 10/6 and this is something I need done before winter so I have contacted another company to come out and give me another inspection. I would not reccomend this company because they do not honor what they say they are going to do and handled this matter in a very unprofessional manner. If I cant trust you to call me how can I trust you with the roof over my head?

Lifetime was able to scope out our roof project, provide material options, and a quote faster than the other 4 local companies we considered for our 1,200 sq ft roof replacement were able to simply schedule a visit to / and examine our roof. The project manager (Tom B.) was unbelievably responsive, kept us fully informed through every step of the process, and made sure we had a full understanding of the services we'd be receiving. Besides the exceptionally fast and communicative project management, Lifetime was among the most affordable options we considered. I can't recommend them highly enough, and if you have a chance, ask to work with Tom B!

The free estimate process was quick and painless, and I felt like Lifetime was really honest and upfront about costs, timeline, and what my options were. The work got done sooner than expected (they fit me in when someone else cancelled a job) and were very communicative. Great service!

They were great. Both Adam who managed my job and their team of installers were excellent. I'm very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend.

Adam, my project manager, was very easy to work with even during covid. He went out his way many times to help us choose a shingle and to help us understand the contract in detail. I wish they had more colors but overall we are happy with the price and the work. All my leaks have stopped and the GAF warranty is also nice

The work occurred as scheduled and according to plan. The workers were very diligent. The supervisors listened well when I had concerns and worked to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

It was great, they fixed the leak and it hasn't returned. It's been 6 months. Even better, they finished it so quick they charged me less than the estimate. That's an honest business right there.

The salesman was a no call no show for the scheduled appointment. Late that night at 12:23 am, he sent me an email apologizing asking if he could reschedule. I was willing to give it another shot and responded with a couple dates and times that would work. No response. Doesn't appear they want the business.
