 + -1 moreWell my repairs are holding, But after they finished patching all over the roof, they came to me with a $2300.00 bill for 5 hours and two guy job. They were not even there the whole 5 hours and they said it was cost of materials. But would not show any receipt for materials. I had another roofer come the following week and they said what they did was VOIDED my warranty on the roof. Just speaded caulk all over the roof to stop leaks. I feel this is not the way to do business. MUST always tell the customer what the cost of repair is BEFORE do the job. Not take advantage of people because they are needing your services.
Description of Work: Called the company to come give an estimate what was happening to my commercial roof, we had leaks all over the building. They set an appointment to come give estimate and the leaking was worse. So asked them to tarp or patch the ONE major leak. asked them how much it would be to patch major leak, said they didn't know just yet , but would keep the cost down, I asked an estimate of what, they had to go buy materials first then let me know. Hours later I called them they were still buying materials and heading back to my place. Next they come off roof and say we had a major problem, leak on electric, must repair that also. Owner of building went to look at it with them and said ok patch that for now also, still NO QUOTE on cost for repairs.
