After explaining in detail what items I was moving, the truck was too small or not packed properly. 3 BR ranch with finished basement. 2 BR were empty except a small desk and filing cabinet. There was something left in every room. Had to have second move a week later. The first crew did a lot of damage to my walls and scratches to my furniture and broke my 60in TV. There are some mars to my kitchen floor and entry way at the new house. The 1st move took 6 hrs. The second 3. I was charged labor only on the second.

company agreed to to hold the move date for $100 and once they arrived they couldn't complete the movement and would not refund $100.and hung up the phone on me and that's his guys to leave.would not recommend to anyone

I hired them to move my furniture from storage to a home I rented. They did a great job in less time than the quote. So, I actually saved about $400 from the quoted price. Rodney was the team leader for the 5 guys who moved my furniture. All the guys were great. But Rodney stood out because of his expertise in helping the other movers and his knowledge of furniture assembly. I would hire them again, and would specifically request Rodney as the lead on the move.

They did a decent job but wasted a lot of time chatting, which was a problem, considering we were paying hourly!

Very simple move, less than 2 hours at each site. Broke a glass desktop. 1 of the movers was very unprofessional.

Byan Briley performed very well under some very difficult conditions. Task was well done ... turned out fine.

They scheduled the moving date over a week ahead of time and did not show up the day of the move. They first cloaked my movers had an injury then the 2nd team that was scheduled truck broke down. The next day when they finally showed 3 hours late I spoke to the movers about those incidents and they said nothing like that happened. The movers took over 2 hours longer to move the 5 prices of furniture and tried to charge for included moving material. Even when wrapped they broke 2 items. I still have no word back on the insurance claim after 2 weeks. My recommendation is go cheaper with service like 2 Men and a Truck or go with more expensive professionals. I only went with another option as my go to was booked my move dates.

I enjoyed speaking with Nick and Mike. It's was my first time using a moving company and All My Son price was right for people on a fixed budget. The three men that moved my stuff was polite and friendly. Rodney was very knowledgeable about his job and very detailed oriented. Thank you so very much. When I move again, I will call them again. Loved them.

indicator Overall this transaction went very bad. The movers themselves were fine except that they did make a huge mess of my home - it was rainy and they did not lay down any paper and left bad mud tracks. The real issue for the *F* rating is their completely dishonest quoting practice. They will send out a sales guy who will tell you the quote is purposely high and the actual cost will not be anywhere near the quote. For example, the *fuel* charge in the quote was for ~$120, when I questioned it before hiring them, thankfully via email, the sales guy said it would not be over $26 and reiterated the *do not worry* the quote is intentionally overstated. After the job, sure enough the bill was just a few dollars under the quote. I called the business after getting the bill I was told there is no way it should be that high, I knew how long they were at my house, etc. The sales guy handed me off to the *ops manager* who clearly was in the role of handling complaints. He informed me that there was no way a sales rep would say that about the fuel charge and his vehicle tracking system showed that they were at the house the time shown on the bill. I told him that was wrong and sent him the email showing the fuel charge item. He agreed to credit my a couple hundred dollars but never did. Finally, I turned to my credit card company to dispute the charges and they did their investigation and credited me $1,000. This firm is dishonest and should never be hired.
