Description of Work: Power washing of deck and balcony on April 21. Stain and seal completed on May 27. The work was well done, especially the care with which they worked around an old grapevine. They also were kind enough to remove and replace a very heavy mosaic table on the deck. The owner, Shawn, even dropped off stain charts for me to choose from and then he purchased the materials.Weather was a big factor in scheduling. Several rain postponements. It was not difficult to contact Shawn; but he seemed to be behind in fulfilling promised services. That is my only caveat. Again, once the work was completed, the results have beem excellent.
