Description of Work: Washing very large (7 and 9 feet tall) inner and storm windows on a house built in 1867. Storms had to be removed on five second floor windows and six on the first floor. One very large stationary window on the third floor was washed on the inside and outside.

Description of Work: I purchased the service and did not hear from them until I called them a month later. Not a call or anything received to schedule a date and time. When I did contact them I spoke to Shawn Ward. He was busy and said he would call me the next day. 14 days went by and he never called me. I call him and scheduled a date for the service to be completed. That date came and gone with nothing done. Took about 3 months to do this simple job. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!!
