Description of Work: I contacted Above the Rest in September or October of 2016. The first date we agreed to was mistakenly not scheduled by Shawn. When I called about the appointment, he was out of town on a family matter, then it was a host of other excuses thru June. I tried working with Shawn but the excuses (too wet, raining, etc.) I asked if his service did other yard work and asked if we could meet and discuss what COULD be done. Shawn informed me they were booked up with jobs. I told him I'd be asking for a refund. Later I read the reviews for this company and discovered I'm not the only customer who experienced delay after delay. I give this company an F in every category.
