Description of Work: They never showed up. Responded to an email apologizing for taking so long to reach out and then never followed up after I responded saying I am available whenever you can schedule me in. Never heard from them LOUSY. I WANT A REFUND. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt - we used the deal for $100 for gutter cleaning, and paid the extra $20 surcharge for 2-story homes with a check (they do not accept cash for the surcharge). They were quick and helpful and also notified us of a small hole in a shingle due to birds - never would've known otherwise.

Description of Work: I purchased a a deck cleaning for $199 by Above the Rest through Angie's List. I bought the coupon in the early spring, never heard from them and finally got a hold of them in July. Initially we scheduled a time to do the work, however, it was one of the hotter days of the year and his equipment was over heating, so he asked to reschedule, which I agreed. Then I never heard from him and tried to contact him without success so I contacted Angies List who hastened a return call. I rescheduled on a day he said he'd be in my neighborhood and he no showed and didn't contact me at all. At first, I was hesitant to write a review before the work was completed but Shawn was not motivated to do the work that he was paid to do. I got a refund from Angies List. DO NOT USE! NOT RELIABLE!!!

I had booked several weeks before my appointment, so I would have liked them to send a reminder that they would have been there within a window of time rather than a set time.

+ -1 moreHe is very reliable and dependable. The day that he was initially supposed to come, it had rained that morning and he called me right away to ask what alternate day he could come out. He came out that Saturday, just a few days after the original appointment, and completed the job. He follows up and is true to his word.
Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters and gave me advice on how often they should be cleaned. He was really professional about answering any additional questions I had regarding spots leaking above my porch where the gutters were located. He even offered me a new service that his office is adding which is an annual reminder when it is time to get my gutters cleaned again.
