I had some mixed feelings. They did a good job cleaning the gutters. In terms of professionalism, they could have been better. The contractor accepted more business they could handle. My service was not done until December. We had to reschedule a few times. The timing complicated the work. I feel he did not offer a very high level of service because he overbooked the deal.

I was not largely impressed with this company. They didn't behave very professionally, and one of workers that was there, I felt like I had to walk around and follow and he still missed areas of my windows. I will not use them again.

They are gentlemen who have disabilities and they are under a team leader who makes sure they do the job well. I was pleased with the work. Since I have three story home they could not get to the third floor and I had more windows than the contract was for on the bid. But they did a great job with the windows we agreed upon.
Description of Work: They did all the windows and included an extra wash around the glass block. All the members were polite and the team leader was watching them to make sure they did their job well. All around would recommend them for basic wash as they do not have any tall ladder to get on my third floor.

We have all of the appropriate ladders and equipment, the customer has a porch with a roof which makes it really narrow to reach the third floor windows. As far as my employees having disabilities, I'm not sure where this came from, I'm a little baffled by that.

Two men arived to clean windows. Since I had more windows to clean than the Angie's List coupon, I agree to pay more for all windows. One man did most of the outside of the windows and then left. The other man did all the inside as well as those outside not done by the first. The windows are clean. The job took longer than estimated - almost double. One sahde was not put in, one shade not put in correctly. One window not done until it was pointed out, and another had smears.

Shawn came in with two guys and washed our windows. They showed up on time, and were extremely polite and friendly. They don't just wash the windows, they scrape them and go out of their way to make sure they are the cleanest they can be, cleaning the screens as well. They move furniture and other items out of the way and put them back when they are done. I highly recommend them.

I told the whole story in the above box. Please do not recommend these guys to anyone else.
Description of Work: The owner of the company came and brought two workmen with him. The washing began with one guy on the outside and one inside. The owner left to take care of business elsewhere. The man outside began washing and it turns out that he didn't have any rags to wipe the windows. I gave him some microfiber cloths to use and to keep. Inspecting the job later on I find that the screens were not clean and some spots on the windows were missed. Now for the inside. The man used a brush and squeegee. Really, on the inside. Water running down the inside of the windows. When he got to the patio doors there was water all over my wood floors which I quickly mopped up. I've never seen anyone wash windows inside with a squeegee. He did not remove the patio door screens, just wiped them down with rags. That didn't quite do the job that I had expected. I have hesitated this long to write this. I was just going to let it go and chalk it up to experience.

I am sorry that you were not happy with our service, my goal is to please each and every customer, which is evidenced by my overall "A" rating. What perplexes me is that you indicated to me that you were happy with the work before we left. I feel that the "F" grade is pretty harsh because of the aforementioned. Although I was not present at the job, I know my guys are polite, curteous, and do quality work. So if there were any issues, I definitely would've addressed them before leaving the jobsite. So the grade you gave my company is quite confusing to be honest. That grade basically says there was no effort put forth whatsoever regarding the job, and I know for a fact we go above and beyond to please our customers even doing extra to please them. I guess there's no way to please everyone all the time, however, I will continue to try.

Description of Work: Above The Rest did a great job on my windows. The deal was 13 or so windows. My windows are ancient and had storms so they just counted the storms as windows and did great work on the windows and storms.

I purchased the special deal through Angie's list. Shawn was a little overwhelmed and difficult to get a hold of at first (he did not return my first call). However, he called my back immediately after my second message and we got the work scheduled. He was prompt and his crew did a very good job. I was happy with the result.

Shawn got caught in traffic and called to keep me informed of the trouble. He discussed what I wanted and efficiently completed the task. The work was excellent and professional and timely. The window cleaning wasn't a stellar job, but wasn't terrible either. I got a discount on it and I feel like I got what I paid for. The gutter job didn't go as well either. The cleaning went well, but there were mud trials from when they scraped out the gutters that my husband had to go out and clean afterwards. I wasn't terribly impressed and probably won't hire them again.

My employees explained to this client that there was condensation in her windows, and that the haze that existed after we cleaned them would still be there. So my men did the best job that they could possibly do given that fact. The only way they could come cleaner would be to actually replace the window.

Shawn Ward was a gem. I was so busy with other things that he actually contacted me to remind me to set a date for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning, it was pouring rain and Shawn had called ahead of time and left a message that he would reschedule for a better day. The very next week, he and his crew arrived exactly at 10:00 a.m. and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use his services again AND will recommend him to all my friends.
