Above the Rest

He arrived at the scheduled time. Cleaned all the windows in our house inside and out, cleaned up after himself and left when he was through.

I don't know anything about gutters or cleaning them but the work seems good to me. Very friendly and professional. Had a little trouble making an appointment because of my location.

I was upset when I got the final bill and it was adjusted, but owner said that was the cost. Very upset by this. he didn't inform me that 'extra' windows would cost $10 each.

My wife stayed home to wait for him with the extra payment but he did not arrive. When we tried to call him his voice mail box was full and he has not responded to my emails. If I had known that it was such a long wait to get on his schedule I wouldn’t have bought the deal. I would not recommend them to others.

They were professional and careful about the plantings.

The only minor issue I had was the gentleman or crew weren't able to arrive on the arranged date. I believe there was a very reasonable explanation given for missing the date, and they were out soon thereafter. The price was very reasonable in my opinion. Also apparently there was some fine print to read regarding surcharges for 2-story houses. I wasn't happy to hear of that, but the surcharge amount was very reasonable. Also the gentleman allowed me to just mail it in at my convenience when I arrived home later. I was up on the roof 2 days ago to hang Christmas lights, and the gutters were well cleaned out. I am very pleased with the job!

Very well. Had some weather related issues to delay the job but not the fault of the company.

The owner was great, responsive and friendly. The work went pretty well (except for not finding the water supply in the house to do the cleaning).

Shawn sent an e-mail in advance with a suggested date to which I replied. I spoke with him once just beforehand to confirm. They arrived as planned, and did a great job cleaning all gutters without trampling any vegetation. Good work!

They required 75 dollars down and never showed up. I have tried to reach them multiple times and they will not answer.

Shawn Ward and his team arrived about 8:30 a.m. and were finished cleaning the gutters and windows of my 3-story house by 10:30. Shawn runs a tight ship, closely supervising his employees and making sure the customer is satisfied. And I was. I will continue to call Above the Rest for gutter and window cleaning. Highly recommended.

The group arrived right as scheduled and spent about 2 hours cleaning. We would recommend them and would utilize the firm again when needed.

The scheduler got me the date I wanted, and on the appointed date the crew arrived right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and my place looks great and ready for winter. I can't believe I waited so long to use these guys- I wish I have been using them for years, as they did a much better job than I could ever do myself.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal coupon for window washing from Above the Rest. They contacted me and delivered the service within two weeks. They did a great job. I love my clean windows and we plan to use their services again. I recommend Above the Rest if you want a professional window cleaning service.

Had to rechedule 1st appt due to rain. Arrived 2 hr late to 2nd appt, but did call to let me know. Brought own ladder & cleaning supplies but had no trash bags to throw away paper towel waste. I gave them one. Used my bathroom to fill buckets to clean. Were confused over which address I had ordered cleaned, as. Has asked them to do a rental not my home. Showed up at my residence first. Knocked down blinds while trying to clean interioir of windows, but I was able to snap back in place. Did not completely finish/rinse last 2 windows due to it starting to rain again. But still look better than they did before. Didn't do as good of a job as I would have, but I also didn't have to buy a ladder and climb to the 2nd story either.

We set up a appointment for the 23rd, it rained so he did not come and did not email me till a few days later explaining he was out of town. I have no heard from him since to get another appointment set up. Just getting a refund on the Big Deal.

It went very well. They worked with my schedule which I appreciated. One window was accidentally broken and they replaced it immediately. I was very pleased with the results.

Owner followed up with a phone call and email to schedule initial appointment. It rained the scheduled date and sent me a message to cancel for the day and immediately set up another time. They promptly arrived on the new date and cleaned outside 1st and 2nd floor windows and also cleaned the gutters. Happy with the service.

I thought they did a nice job. They were friendly. They were clean and did a good job of not making a mess. Overall, I was pleased.

We bought a voucher using Angie's deals. It was very difficult to get a call back, and we were unable to schedule a service. Money wasted. The service provider did not follow up with us.

Though we had to reschedule a couple times due to inclement weather, Above the Rest was very good about communicating when they would be able to come by and take care of the job. When finally on site, the job was quick and clean. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that they didn't clean up our hose after using it to assist with the cleaning. I found it uncoiled and left draped though my flowerbeds. Someone should have caught this when packing up. Overall though, I still feel the service was good and worth the money.

Everything went fine. They were very polite and professional Sean was easy to work with and I was able to reach him always by email. He even reached out to me first to remind about scheduling the window cleaning.
