Service was fine. Although gutter cleaners did not show up when they said they would, it worked out fine because they came a couple of days later and I did not have to be home.

Quick and easy. They were a little late, but got the job done.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal to have my windows washed. I was contacted almost immediately to schedule a date, and then waited a few weeks to get a firm date. When the day came, it was raining, so we postponed. The next date was on a Saturday (which worked great for me). The team arrived promptly, was very friendly, and now my windows are sparkling clean! They were VERY dirty on the outside, so I am thrilled with this service. They did leave quite a bit of dirt on the window sills, which I easily cleaned off with a rag and some spray cleaner after they left. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and did great work. I would definitely recommend them - and would have them back to clean my windows again.

Was contacted immediately by Shawn for apppointment. Appointment later had to be changed, but Shawn kept in touch. Although I asked if he had checked out our house re: any issues (i.e. height, etc.) he said he knew heighborhood and would have no problems. When the crew showed up for the apointment, he asked for a slight increase because of height, but agreed to do the work for pre-paid price.

They were very prompt - even Shawn the owner came and introduced himself. The work was very well done in a timely manner. I'll definitely be using this company again.

Shawn and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. When faced with a frozen downspout, they went the extra yard and took it down, cleared it, and put it back up.

Scheduling was easy and I was able to go late into the season to capture as much leaf clogging as possible for the gutters. I've never had them cleaned since the roof was installed years ago and had some ice dam clogs during winter months. It's too early to tell if that problem has been fixed, but since Angies List BADGERED me to write this review, I did. Like asking me 8xs... I assume all is well and would hire them again if this deal was repeated.

The crew arrived right on time, went straight to work. They cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the resultant mess on the ground after. The whole process took about an hour. The owner of the company accompanied and supervised his crew. He was very nice and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone- and will hire them again.

We bought the deal on Angies List. Due to high demand it took over a month to get them out for the gutter cleaning, which I don't fault them for. They charged an extra $20 for a two story residence which I was fine with but would have liked to know about up front. It is possible that was in the fine print but I didn't see it. They ended up coming a day later than they initially said they were going to which worked out fine for me since I was working from home. Again, I'm not sure if they were just busy due to the coupon or not. The guys were professional and quick. They needed to use our hose so they do the cleaning with water pressure. I have had other cleanings without that. I am not sure which is better to be honest. So far I would consider having them back, definitely with a coupon.

Shawn had to cancel our first appointment but when he did the work he and his team did a great job. They were very neat and efficient and completed the job in a very professional manner.

It was a short and sweet process. Shawn Miller rang my doorbell. His two men started immediately cleaning the gutters. There was no damages to my landscape. They completed the job in 20 minutes.

The company was very responsive to my request. When they first cleaned, they left residue on the windows from the rugs they used. They went over those windows again. I hired them to clean additional windows and they did a good job.

Quick and efficient. They contacted me with a proposed time, which I agreed to. We discussed some special instructions, and the work was completed as described and as scheduled.

I discovered this company in an Angie's List great deal. The were so good that I've used them again this year. I hired them to clean the gutters on an old Victorian house in Chicago. The building is three stories high with very narrow gangways between the buildings and a severely pitched roofs. The workers had no problem dealing with these issues. They completely the job in a timely manner and were very professional. The owner accompanied his workers to make sure that the job was done right. They were great!

It took a while to schedule a date but once we did they were on time on the date promised. I have old sliding windows that they weren't familiar with and this surprised me. Lots of early 1960's homes have these windows. Anyway, once they figured out how to work them they were efficient with their work and the windows were very clean!

They notify you of a date range they will be in the area to clean your gutters. We have dogs and wanted to see if we could have a more definite date so we could make sure they were inside and would not bother the crew. We were given a date closer to the range so this could be done. The cutters were spotless and the walks were cleaner than when they arrived! They did a very nice job.

They did the job but later sent me a bill. I had purchased through Angie's list coupon and then they charged me a surcharge which I knew nothing about

The owner was very responsive and eager to please. The guys missed some things the first time out, and he had them come back and he was there to personally inspect.

The service went very well. They were prompt, showing up exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and the results were excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Great overall. Professional and efficient scheduling of the service. Showed up as promised. Introduced themselves - very friendly and professional. Flushed gutters thoroughly (in my experience, some gutter cleaning services don't always go so far as to flush the downspouts). No mess left behind. Even offered to tighten up a screw that was loose on our outdoor faucet. Only B grade comes from how loud they were as they did the work. They yelled back and forth at each other pretty loudly, which didn't so much bother me, but which I wondered might bother the neighbors. Overall, though, no real complaints. Happy with the service and would hire again.

I was happy to buy a Big Deal for window cleaning b/c I had previously had difficulty in figuring out how to clean some of our unit's windows without making a big mess. Above the Rest was responsive on scheduling. Two workers arrived within the time window. The cleaning went fairly efficiently. The job could have been a little more thorough as a couple of windows were missed and we had to point them out. In addition, we had a window that is in a stairwell, but the crew did not have the appropriate ladder, so were unable to clean it. Also, when they replaced the screens, they were not snapped in completely, which could compromise the security in my lower-level unit. So, very happy to have mostly shiny windows, but a little disappointed that the finishing touches weren't quite there.

They arrived on time and were ready to start quickly. They washed the windows inside and out and they 'sparkled!' I have this garden window in the kitchen that is apparently scorched from the sun. The guy did it once but told me that and then because I was not happy, did it again. He was right. The window is scorched. The deal I purchased through Angie's List included '26 panes of glass. The guy did several extra windows upstairs at no additional charge. I was impressed and will call them in the spring to come back. A good value for the money.

I bought the $89 window cleaning promo. Shaun is eager to please and I truly believe he wants to do a good job, but neither he nor his helper have much of an eye for detail. His helper left wet marks on my furniture from setting things where they should not have been set. In general, they really need a lesson in proper treatment of home owners furniture and furnishings. Drop cloths are necessary! It's just common sense. All the good intentions in the world don't make a job get done right. I wish I could give a better score, but I believe my C to be quite generous given the level of service I received. If Shaun takes a critical look at his work, he will do a much better job.
