Above the Rest

With the exception of one window which was streaked, all the windows looked very good. One suggestion: ask before using the outside faucet especially if you have trouble figuring out how to use it. My faucet has an above-ground sprinkler system attached and the guys turned that on without my knowing it and I had a big slushy area in my yard. I know it was hard for Shawn and his team to get to Mundelein from their home base, but they honored the Angie's list deal and came a long distance to do my windows. Perhaps Angie's list should not require the vendors to cover such a large area. Shawn had a hard time with the scheduling due to all the rain that occurred around the time of this Angie's list deal. To make up for the multiple reschedules, his crew also hosed some of my screens.

They cleaned the outside windows. It was less than 20 windows. The pricing was good. I guess the problem came with the quality. They fixed stuff that I pointed out, but I had to be on them about checking that they did a good job.

i purchased this service as an Angie's list big deal. My schedule was a bit tight but Shawn was able to find a date that worked for us. they did a nice job, clean and neat.

It took twice as long as he estimated. They washed the windows fairly well but did not re-attach all the screens and were consently bickering between the two guys. Also it had just rained earlier in the day and neither guy took off their shoes in the house or put anything over their shoes so they tracked mudd all over the house. Overall the windows were cleaned which is what I was most concerned about but I would not use them again.

Arrived on time, set to work immediately. Brought all the equipment (including ladders) they needed. Finished the job in record time without one streak left behind.

The windows looked fantastic - but my son was home when they came so I don't have many details about furniture moving etc. to get to the windows, i.e., I don't know how much of that they did or what was done by my son.

Shawn was very pleasant over the phone. I didn't get a chance to meet him. I requested the service for my mother's home and she found him and his crew to be professional and courteous.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The only complaint was that they left the screens unlocked. I think it was his helper that left them unlocked, he seemed very competent.

Shawn Ward and I communicated my e mails, which was great. Felton and Shawn arrived right on time. Felton stayed and did the work and he did on outstanding job in record time. My windows have never been this clean. He washed the windows by ladder outside. He Came in and helped me move stuff so he could put the screens back in and wash the windows inside. Felton was a pleasure to have around. I will definitely use them again. gaile

After calling company and lieaving message, I received a return phone call very promptly. The owner was very courteous and professional and was willing and able to accommodate my schedule. A crew arrived on time and cleaned our windows. We wanted additional windows cleaned that were not included in the Big Deal special. The owner was with his crew and extended a very fair discounted price to include the additional windows we wanted cleaned. The crew was very fast, professional, and very courteous. My only criticism is that they were a little harried and left some smudges and dirt on the sills. But overall, this was a very good value and the windows for the most part looked fantastic after the job. I would definitely use their service again and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

They actually came when I was just leaving the house, so they did a quick survey of the gutters and showed me a few areas that they would recommend me fixing. Then, I left and they did the cleaning. I'd say they did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters overall. However, when I got home, I discovered that they left a lot of the debris that came out of my gutters still in the yard and even on some of the house and windows. I called them right away and they were super-nice, apologized and came right back to clean up. They did a great job cleaning up.

They were punctual and the work went fast. For the most part things were cleaned up, but there was some debris from the gutters left around the property. I would just ask them next time to be careful about that.

Overall, they were very good. Friendly, efficient team. I would like to know upfront that it cost extra for the storms. It's so many PANES of glass that they clean for that price. Not how many windows you have. So my triple track windows had 3 panes. ANYWAY, they did a fine, fast job. I did end up with one window that won't close and have to dismantle it to fix it. But I can't say for certain that it's because of them (old fashioned sash type windows). I won't use them again. But it doesn't someone else shouldn't (with normal windows).

I bought an Angie's List deal and immediately contacted the provider. He told me they weren't scheduling yet and then got back to me around a week or so later. We scheduled it and no one came. I followed up and he said he ran out of time, so he would re-schedule. The second time we re-scheduled I think it was due to weather that he canceled again. I was quite worried it would freeze and the gutters wouldn't get cleaned before winter, but the warm weather cooperated and they finally got cleaned. They did a good job, but I don't think it was worth the schedule to hassle.

Gentleman came on time and were very thorough. Job was performed as expected and would use them again.

Overall the work was good but we had to reschedule 3 times. The first time they had to reschedule due to overbooking the day. The other 2 times were weather related. We didn't really need to be home for it but it was frustrating because each call to reschedule came shortly after the scheduled time rather than any sort of advance warning. I would consider using them again if there was a good deal since the work was good, but I might hunt around for a deal.

Three gentlemen came early, were very polite and professional and worked cleanly and quickly. I reviewed each floor upon completion and the glass was spotless. We've used this group before and we will use again. Highly recommended!
