Above the Rest

My experience went well. The staff was a bit unprofessional while visiting and the window cleaning was a little sloppy. They tracked mud on the floor. However, the staff was friendly while visiting. Sean the owner was excellent, courteous, responsive and professional. He may consider hiring better quality workers though.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. I was in the house when they cleaned the gutters and I would use them again. There have been no issues since the service was performed.

I attempted several times to schedule service. The vendor told me they would be getting to my area shortly. They never came, called again and they told me "next week" emailed again and they told me it was too cold and would have to wait till it warmed up. Now it is Jan and there is no chance of it warming up to get the service completed.

As promised, Above the Rest cleared all our gutters (2 levels on house and garage) of debris. Even though I have family who are always willing to help out and clear the gutters, they get busy and cannot always promise to get the job done in a timely manner before heavy rains occur. Above the Rest is reliable, getting the job done as promised. Knowing the gutters are clear of debris before heavy rains gives you piece of mind.

The service provided was generally good. They had a couple of windows that they had forgotten and I can tell they were pretty busy. They got most of the windows, there were two left and we were trying to get after them and I reminded that the last two windows they didn't really clean that well.

While cleaning the gutters they did not contain the contents of the gutter too well and made a bit of a mess in the breezeway, but did their best to clean it up. The crew that did the work seemed like they were hired out for the day rather than employees with the proprietor as the middleman-not exactly what was expected. Scheduling was not handled too well. The company did not contact me for several days after I purchased the job and I had to follow up several times with the proprietor on several occasions to schedule the work.

I purchased this Big Deal for my parents. They informed me that the windows came out horrid, there were streaks everywhere. The windowsills were never cleaned.

ATR was on time- no they were early in fact, friendly and came with a ready-to-go crew. The weather was freezing. I was really ok to wait until Spring..but they tackled the job completing it in an incredibly short time. Will definitely use them again!!

They were pretty filthy, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a couple of years, including major dust & dirt from city crews tearing up our street last year. Shawn wouldn't rest until windows were as clean as he could make 'em! I have every intention of using this company again.

I received notification fairly quickly on schedule confirmation and messages of status from Angie's List messaging. However, I had multiple cancellations due to "weather reasons." However i referred my neighbors who had their work done immediately! The operator has obviously chosen to not support Angie's list customers and has taken on more business than can be supported.

I purchased the Big Deal for gutter cleaning. The Rapid Connect function stated that I would be contacted within 2 days, but it was closer to a week before I heard from them. They stated that they would do the work on November 25 but did not answer my question about a two-story house having gutters on only the first floor. November 25 came and went with no contact from them...... no contact still by today, December 12. I have too much to do without chasing down recalcitrant service providers and have requested a refund from Angie's List.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent. There were three or four men who came out and they did all of my windows as requested. They did the work neatly and without much disruption as far as the house was concerned. They were polite and I would highly recommend them. There was nothing negative at all. They just went about their business and did an excellent job. The quality was very, very good. I can't wait to use them again in the spring.

Came on time. Efficient. Showed a couple pails of debris from the gutters.

Gutter cleaning still has not happened. Last communication cited weather-related issues, and a plan to reschedule after Thanksgiving, but new date has not been set.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO FINALLY GET THE JOB DONE AFTER SEVERAL POSTPONEMENTS.

I purchased a big deal and called the company before purchasing. The gentlemen said that they were not scheduling dates until they had all the big deal purchases and would then route workers according to location. He said I would be contacted by 11/10/13. When that did not happen, I tried to call him. His message box was full. I contacted Angie's List and asked for help. They said that they would contact him to arrange scheduling. It is Dec. 4, my gutters have not been cleaned. If someone gets too many responses to a deal, they should withdraw the offer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I paid additional because there were some extra windows I wanted done. It was excellent service. They did a great job. They weren't super on time.

Window washing and screen cleaning. | |It went well. The owner (Shawn) accompanied two workers and completed the job to my satisfaction in approximately 90 minutes. They were courteous and professional and I would recommend them. I will contact them in the future for window cleaning. In addition, I learned about their gutter cleaning services and will contact them for this service next year. | |Over all, it was money well spent.

I service was outstanding and the workers were very professional

Everything went well they worked on each side on my house, requested to use my water, carried away all of the debri and swept the sidewalk when they finished. They were very polite and professional.

I have had other people come out and do my gutters before, but nobody has been as thorough as them. They used a water hose to make sure everything was completely cleaned and took their time getting it done correctly. They had no problem doing the second story of the home for the agreed upon $20 and even took care of the garage with no extra charge. They were excellent and I would give them A+ ratings if I could.

Went very well. They cleaned all the windows and screens. When they finished all looked great. Owner was very polite and checked everyone's work. Very happy with the service.

We are very pleased and would use them again.
