Not convinced on the quality as stains remained after the carpet cleanup and yes, did not get a feeling that all return vents were thoroughly pressurized and cleaned. Hence rating service as average

Very well. The windows were done quickly and thoroughly all through the house, including a front bay window and larger than usual windows.

Never rescheduled missed appointment

It took a while to get the appointment but once it was set they arrived promptly and the work was done well and efficiently. The only issue, that I noticed later, was with a recently seeded front lawn where a footsteps took out a few spots near where the downspout drainage empties up onto the edge of the lawn. That would not prevent me from using them again.

Called several times and talk to Shawn Ward and made several appointments but still a no show. Not happy.

He eventually showed up to wash the deck. He said that painting the deck was extra. We agreed on a price. He found reasons not to show up--too hot, too wet. I hired him in March and now we were in the month of June and project was not finished. He seems to be a decent person but very disorganized.

I was charged $200 for a power wash that took less than one hour. Mr ward also charge me $200 just to paint my deck. It's not worth the headache. He very unprofessional.

They did an excellent job. Very punctual. Cleaned everything requested thoroughly. Made sure everything was in order before they left.

Could not get this provider to perform window cleaning services that were paid for. Called and was told multiple times he would send me an email. Weeks have gone by and I have left multiple messages without a response back. I have not gotten my money back.

Went well. A little sketchy with scheduling and time, most likely because doing the work during the day may take longer or shorter depending on the job. They cleaned the insides and outsides of all the 14 windows. They also cleaned all the screens we had (6).

No Guarantee! I had purchased a Fall Cleanup but it was postponed to spring. The service had been rescheduling over and over again until it was to late in the season to start, so he said. When spring came along I thought I must be at the top of his list since it needed to be done before the growing season started and I have been waiting months! Once again he rescheduled the service several times and kept "guaranteeing" he would do the work until it was to late to do the cleanup and I ended up doing it myself. I asked him for my money back and he said he would send it in the mail. No check came after a couple of "guarantees" that it would be there. I eventually called Angies List and they were able to refund my money. All the guarantees were worthless!

Difficult to get to respond. Only received service after many follow ups.

Ok, But I'll do it myself next time.

The rainy weather made it tricky to schedule the work, but the company was very persistent in making sure I was not forgotten. When finally arranged, the workers were prompt, and their work was thorough. They even washed my screens, which I was not expecting.

It took a long time for them to respond to the offer. Set a date and then got a notification of a death in the family and there has been no contact since then. Today, I went with Productive Work, Inc.

Very good job. Seemed like good, honest, hardworking people. Went out of the way to do an excellent job.
