I ordered a big deal for gutter cleaning and never heard from the company. They did not perform any service so I can't comment on the quality of work. I figured this was not a good start to the process so I just decided to find another company to do the gutter cleaning.

Everything was excellent. There was an extra surcharge, but he was upfront about that from the beginning, and had no hidden agenda.

I was not at home when the work was done. He cleaned the gutters.

The company was very polite and professional. They did a great job and I would recommend them in the future. I also hired them to powerwash our brick and siding. I would use the again

Because of the weather, we had to push the work off until Spring. They kept in contact and got us scheduled as soon as the weather was fine. Everything was clean after they left and they took it all with them. Our experience went really well.

I purchased a big deal for window washing. I added on extra windows for a fair price. They came early and the owner called in advance. They did a great job and were very courteous and thorough.

The job went smoothly and my husband, who was home, was impressed with their work. We will use their services again and will recommend this company highly.

They took some time to return our initial inquiry for service, and then had to re-schedule twice due to rain and the volume of customers. They explained that they were still backlogged due to the extremely harsh winter, which made sense, and we understand. The second time they were scheduled for a Saturday and had to cancel and said they would make a special effort to come on Sunday. They arrived on Sunday when they said they would, and got right to work. within 40 minutes they had cleaned all of our gutters, on a 3 story house with high gutters. We could see from some of the windows that they had done a thorough job. They were polite, friendly and everything went as we expected. We are considering them for helping us remove some high storm windows for repairs, in the near future.

The service was good. They were unable to come for a few months due to the weather which I understood.

Gutters were cleaned. Did not blow the leaves off the roof so they filled the gutters again . The surronding area of the bushes and the house needed to be hosed down after he left. Nice person though.

I bought the $89 Big Deal for window washing, for up to 25 casement windows (I had 24). The guys were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They washed the inside and outside of the windows, as well as the screens. Very happy with the work.

It went very well - the owner himself (Shawn) came, as well as Brian. Brian worked outside and Shawn worked inside. Both were courteous, professional and punctual. They were both also very nice men, and they did a very good job. My husband and I were very pleased with their work, and would have them again in a minute! The job was done in just under an hour, which we were happy with too. We highly recommend this company.

They were very professional, and very friendly. The owner kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire process!

Overall, the crew did a great job and the windows were very clean when they were all finished. The only couple of criticisms would be that I would have preferred if the crew had worn the booties over their shoes because they tracked outside dirt in the house. I also was expecting that the window sills were going to be cleaned per the deal as it was written up and they were not.

They did a good job cleaning our gutters. We have screens on them and they cleaned them well even with these screens.

The guys came on time and did a very good job. They were very pleasant. They do need to be more careful, however, with their equipment because dirty water drops were visible on our carpeting and floors near windows that they had cleaned. Fortunately, we are having a carpet cleaner come soon and expect the spots to come right out. My big mistake was to let them clean all of the modern windows in the house and not the old-style ones with storms that we still have in a few rooms. That would have saved me a lot of time and work because I ended up doing them myself instead. Ha Ha! The joke's on me.

Had to contact service provider for an initial appointment. They sent back a date for service. I confirmed that date and time worked. The agreed upon date and time came and the service provider was a no show.

The window cleaner arrived on time. I showed him the 4 windows that I wanted to have cleaned. He got his supplies and then got to work on the windows. There were several windows that were old and stuck and we discussed the best way to work around that problem. He was done in just less than 2 hours, cleaned all the work areas and was a joy to work with. Talked to the owner of the company and told him to keep this employee on.

Service was quick and high quality. Did an excellent job cleaning windows. One minor issue. The bargain price included a set number of windows. we have a bay window in the living room with many panes. Each pane counted as a window per there explanation so that essentially doubled the cost. This wasn't clear in their online description of services
