They were wonderful! I found their pricing very affordable. We like them! They were professional and on time. Good people all around.

The window cleaning went very well. They also cleaned the window screens. Everything looked great afterwards. Two technicians came out and completed the service quickly. They spent about 2-3 cleaning the windows. They did exactly what the deal stated. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

A- overall. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. Scheduling was a little difficult, but I imagine it was due to the Deals they sold. The staff could use a little "polishing," however.

Everything went well. They arrived at my home, rang the bell to announce themselves and by the time I opened the door to greet them they had the truck unloaded with their equipment they were going to use and ready to go. The owner of the company was there also. The workers were courteous, professional and very responsive to all questions. I would definitely use them again.

That went well. They just washed the eves when it came to the pressure washing. They were flexible with scheduling, and they were able to come on the day we wanted them to come. They came to the house before the job to give us an estimate since our house was bigger than the big deal allowed for; the price was reasonable so they did the job and added the windows.

Two different workers came. I had received a call that there was a delay at their previous job and would it be ok if they arrived an hour later. Which I agreed with. They were both friendly and went right to work. There were some problems with installation of my windows and window treatments which created problems. It was pointed out and the options were explained clearly. One worker helped me fix the wooden blind so he could go ahead and work. He was very patient. The only issue was it originally took several e-mails to get a quote and have the appointment set up. I think it was a one time misunderstanding and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I called the owner because my front windows weren’t cleaned all that well. They were nice, but the owner didn’t come out himself. He said that they’d come back out to reclean but his crew came out but they just used a rag -- which didn’t do anything. The price was very reasonable.

I couldn't speak higher about these workers! Avery and Darius arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work. They have a very organized system of cleaning windows inside and out so that there are no streaks. They were both very friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. My house now looks twice as bright and my sills are no longer gross and grimy. I plan to recommend them to one of my neighbors who was looking for someone to clean their windows and I will definitely use them again. Another great experience from Angie's List!!!

Shawn the owner was on site and explained all the services as he and his workers did the work. They cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful, brought all the equipment needed and did a very nice job.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently on all the windows in my house, which were quite dirty. The two young men had great attitudes and were willing to answer all my questions about window cleaning and how they would proceed through the house. The owner showed up near the end of the job to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely use them again for my 18 windows and 2 glass sliding doors. I'm sorry I waited so long to get them cleaned. The sun is beaming in brighter.

Great. We purchased the $89 window cleaning package, but we had 21 instead of the 13 covered in the deal - they did the additional windows for an additional $80. They scheduled a few weeks out, called the morning they were scheduled to be here to confirm and ask if they could come early. They came on time, were professional and did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

I was happy with the service. The guys that came were nice. They seemed to do a good job. They seemed a little overwhelmed and busy due to the big deal.

There was a huge delay with the scheduling as they could not get me in. They did on okay job but not a great job. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They cleaned the windows on both the inside and outside of the house.

Poor job - cleaned from bottom top top, dirty water dripped on clean windows, cleaner behaved this was like their first cleaning job ever, very unprofessional, will never use again.

Very courteous and prompt service. The team was professional, skilled and worked hard to please us as homeowners. They did great work and had a great sense of humor and overall very pleasant to deal with. The price listed above reflects a two man team that cleaned our two-story home. We are so pleased to have our gutters clean now! We are planning on calling them again in the fall when the autumn leaves have fallen.

It went well. The owner contacted me in advanced and we agreed upon the additional amount owed. The crew was courteous and professional. They did arrived within the specified time range and did a great job.

Company emailed me on June 8 to ASK if June 14 would be acceptable. On June 9 I responded that June 14 was not acceptable. (I was going to be out-of-town.) Company emailed me on June 15 to say that he did not see my message until June 14 and that the work was done on June 14. He also wanted an additional $20. Company policy states that additional $20 is required for houses 2-story or higher. My house is not a 2-story, it is a raised ranch.

I bought the big deal. I clarified the service was to be performed in Wauconda, not Palatine. The provider wanted to know how far Wauconda was from Palatine. I suggested they enter the 21st century and use MapQuest or Google Maps, plus, the distance varies whether it is south Palatine, i.e. Euclid Avenue vs. north Palatine, Dundee Road. The service provider told me to contact the List and ask for a refund. I was further incensed that now he was not going to perform the services I contracted for. On at least two occasions last Fall they failed to show up when they said they would. Winter came and rainy weather prevented the work some dates this Spring. I was told they would be in the area on a date in May. They did not show. The excuse they gave was that I did not confirm their message to me. Again, I'm dumbfounded that I have to confirm a date for a service that is to be performed outside, i.e. does not require my presence at the property. I don't think this provider EVER intends or intended to perform the work. I've previously reviewed the provider. I had gutter damage this winter that most likely would not have occurred if the gutters had been cleaned. That repair cost me $400, 4 times the cost of the service not provided. I also had ceiling tile damage in another part of the property which fortunately is in an area not seen by visitors. I believe that damage resulted from an ice dam that probably would not have occurred if the gutters had been cleaned. Now that the gutters have not been cleaned for so many months the contractor I ultimately hire will probably charge extra due to the excess accumulation of debris, etc. The $99.00 refund does not make up for the expenses I've incurred, the cost of my time spent trying to get the work done (I bill out at $300.00/hour), and my aggravation and frustration.

I purchased the deal on the 16th. The provider got with me on the 19th saying they were over booked. He then responded June 25th but no date was. Twelve hours ago he said he has to go out of town and he will get back with me, again. He hasn't asked for a phone number, so maybe these people are not the ones to do the work. They seem like they are overwhelmed.

Shaun arrived on time, introduced himself and his 2 man crew. Explained what each person would do. Started work right away and was completed within an hour ( 13 windows). Before leaving he asked if everything was to my satisfaction... it was, thanked me and left. My windows have never looked better.
