we had an appointment for September 30th and I received a call that the appointment was cancelled because of rain. On October 4th I received a call that the employee would swing by to pick up the balance of $20 for work done. I had no idea the work had been done on October 1st. I never received a call that it had been rescheduled, however the person who called me first said he had called me and left a message. No message was left. Then he said he had spoken to me and I said it was ok to come that day on October 1st no one ever spoke to me to reschedule..so there was a miscommunication. He did apologize however I had wanted to be there while work was done and didn't like the idea work was being done on my property without me being there. When employee came to pick up check on October 5th he did explain what was done, and answered my questions.

They were very professional. Communications were timely and they arrived when they said they would. The work performed was done quickly and, as far as we can tell, well. They cleaned up as well. I will absolutely use them again and I would recommend them.

On 9-14-2014 I bought a 'deal' for window washing from this business. They came on time, were professional in their work, and actually when one window got dirt all over my white carpet, they alerted me so that it could get cleaned up immediately to prevent someone from rubbing the window dirt/grime into the carpet by walking all over it. I was so pleased with the work done and the friendliness of the two men who did the work.

it went great! the crew did a great job. i pointed out a couple spots I thought they'd missed and they explained it was defects in my glass. the sliding glass door on the juliet balcony was also a challenge, but they tackled it and did a super job!

They did the job in a timely and professional manner. I would refer all my family and friends to them for window cleaning. Barbara Woerpel

I am writing this review because of continued pestering from Angie's List. I was withholding my bad review, but I'm tired of the pop-ups so here goes: I bought a deal that Angie's List was running and spoke with the above the rest to ask if I could pay additional to have all the windows washed on the first and second floors of my 2-flat. It never happened. It was such a hassle working with them and there were so many issues, such as not having a ladder that could reach the second floor. Essentially, I flushed $89 down the toilet on an Angie's List deal.

It was a good experience and it turned out well.

It was a difficult process to communicate with them. They just showed up one day at 6:45am to do the work. I am asking for a refund for the service.

The service was done in a timely fashion and lived up to the expectations. We bought this as a special offered by Angie's List.

It turned out fine. The cost of the service was reasonable and they were on-time for the service.

I purchased it on August 5th and we have not been able to schedule a time that is good for both of us and it did not rain. The first appointment it did not rain, but they rescheduled the day before. Then they tell me they are extremely busy and can not schedule me. They have rescheduled too many times on short notice.

Did an excellent job. Came right on-time. Courteous and let the job in good order. I will use again.

He was very nice and he did a nice job. He had an incredible response from the big deal. He was very upfront and told me was over whelmed and allowed me to use the deal a year later.

It was a Bears game day, which I had totally forgotten about. That meant that they could not park on the street in my neighborhood. So the owner stayed in the car while the other two did the job. The young men were polite and very thorough. The job was done quickly and they able to easily remove the windows and reinstall them. I was very pleased.

He’s very conscientious, but not very efficient. It took him all day to do the windows, whereas it normally takes around four hours. The price was quite reasonable and he did a good job.

He was fine. Scheduling was fairly easy. He’s very conscientious. He does a good job, but it takes a while for him to complete the tasks.

I've had Shawn and his crew here before. They are quick, friendly and do a great job. With such rainy weather, we had to reschedule several times. But Shawn was always polite and responsive. It's great to know who to call when I need this job done right!

The service went well and they were on their way ..1 hour of work, 2 man crew The gutters needed that cleaning.

Because of all the rain, they couldn't schedule me for about 3 weeks. Again, because of rain, they let me know on the day of service that they wanted to reschedule me for later in the day which was ok. As it turned out someone else cancelled and they were able to come not long after they were originally scheduled. Today was the first substantial rain, and the gutters didn't overflow and the downspouts all seemed to be clear. I'm planning to call them for fall gutter cleaning.

very courteous owner. thorough job

The gutter cleaning itself was very fast and seems to have been done well. (I didn't go up and check, but the neighbors stopped mentioning the full gutters.) The problem was in the responsiveness. I bought this service through an Angie's List Big Deal thinking that we'd have the gutters cleaned within a week or two, as the service allows you to choose a couple of dates when you buy the Big Deal. After a month, I'd received no response from the company and contacted them. They apologized for the delay; blamed it on the weather, which I get, and the large number of people who bought the deal, again, I understand that. I just wished they'd been more responsive and proactive with contacting me to let me know there was a delay.

Arrived on time, cleaned all the windows quickly and perfectly - can?t believe how clean my windows are!

I have been unable to reach this company to set up an appointment.

They sent out 2 guys for 2-3 hours. The guys were great!

It was fine! I know we had to buy additional windows. We had just moved into our home so there were still some stickers and film on the windows. They sent out two guys for the job who were very diligent and worked hard to get them really clean for us.
