It went well. They were going to charge me again when they came out, so I did remind them I had already paid for the deal. There was an extra $25 charge, since it's a 2-story home but we did talk about that beforehand (it was also in the fine print of the deal), so there were no surprises. Overall, they did a good job.

They worked hard to get way up on the roofs and clean gunk and debris out of the gutters manually before running water through the whole system to make sure it was flowing properly. Hard working and nice guys who got a tough job done on a tall houses under some very cold conditions. Totally worth the small investment to make sure ice damming, overflowing, and icicles are avoided this winter.

They did a very good job. There were no delays. They were very good and very responsive. We used them through Angie's List both times. There were no additional costs. They were very nice and very friendly.

It was fine. It was pretty straightforward. They cleaned up. They had to come twice because they didn’t have the proper equipment.

I called about their $85 special, but have more windows than the special was limited to. That said, they called me in response to my email and negotiated a fair price fro the service. The guys who came out & did the work were professional, friendly and quick.

They did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves. I had used them in the past and the owner emailed me in the fall to ask if I would like the work done again. Very handy.

2-3 guys. On time, friendly, efficient. My only concern: dirty water was left on the inside windowsills, which we cleaned up the next day.

The work was originally scheduled to be done on November 15. However, due to extremely cold temperatures, the cleaning needed to be rescheduled. The owner contacted me immediately through my Angie's List account. He also contacted me a couple of weeks later to reschedule. I did not see the note in my Angie's List account; however, he still showed up with his crew on a Saturday morning to do the work! They were efficient, orderly and made sure there was no left over debris. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-priced gutter cleaning service.

They were nice enough guys and did a good job. But what bothered me is that they called and offered to clean my gutters in addition to the windows and I agreed to that. They pulled out all the shingles by my gutters and they hadn't replaced them. So I did call the owner and the owner sent the guys right back out and they fixed it. Just having to make that call bothered me. The work they did was good. It was $89 for the windows. But then they cleaned the gutters for another $75. They were right on time.

Didn't always get into corners. Didn't do window with air conditioner.

Everything went okay. They did the job as expected and arrived on time. They cleaned my 3rd floor windows inside and out.

It was fine. I did not have any interactions with them, we were back and forth and we were gone when they came to clean the gutters. But I assume that the gutters are clean and they seem to be working fine. We did not have much interactions with them but before hand we coordinated with them and it was fine. The cost was exactly the $99 big deal. They did a good job at being responsive.

It turned out very well. They did a good job. They were efficient and cost-effective.

I purchased this AL's "Big Deal" coupon end of October 2014 for services in the Chicago suburbs. I read the reviews and figured that the price was lower than my current provider so with risk low and if the job was done well, I would have options. Of note, one of the reviews was someone who purchased a coupon yet lived on the West Coast! This provider lives in St Louis with a Chicago area phone number. I fault this confusion on Angie's list. With coupon purchased, it took a month to get this guy on the phone and try to schedule service. He was nice enough on the phone when we were finally communicated but all the delays were really aggravating. All the trees were losing leaves and filling the gutters; I really wanted the work done by Thanksgiving (one month later). I kept calling and messaging him through Angie's List - nothing. The weekend before Thanksgiving was our expected target. We had lousy weather the week before so this was a prime opportunity. HOWEVER, I got bumped or they forgot. And, the work was never done. The agreement now is to wait until spring. Hope I still have the coupon!!!!!!!

Overall they did a very good job - they were a little confused on our address, so they ended up being late. However, I would hire them again.

They were polite and likeable guys that had to go up on the roof for the (extra $20 second storycharge). I mentioned to them that I had allot of fine pepples, shingle scraps with tar in the gutters from a rescent roof job, It was the reason that I contacted "above the rest" about two months earlier to do the job, but they didn't appear to be prepared to use a method that could clear much of that out of the gutters and made no attempt to discuss it with me. They just said that there was nothing blocking the flow of any the gutters before they left.

Two young men from Above the Rest arrived at the appointed time and greeted me and reviewed the services I paid for. They counted the windows and told me what their plan was. They then proceeded to clean the windows (inside and out), taking aout screens where necessary. They finished the job in about an hour - it would have taken me at least four hours by myself. I was very impressed with their knowledge of windows - I was unaware of the fact that the exterior of some windows could be cleaned from the inside.

Once the work was begun, it went okay. Getting the date set with good enough weather and availability of their crew was difficult. We set three different dates and finally got the job done. Unfortunately, they needed water to flush out the gutters and it had been too cold to flood the gutters without leaving my front steps and driveway covered in ice. I would use this contractor again, but not wait so late in the year to schedule service. The gutters did get cleaned and I appreciate the crew's efforts.

They were a little late arriving but they did have to come a long distance. They worked independently.

It went very well and Mr. Ward was the picture of professionalism. He answered all my questions with a smile. Once done he took me around the house to show me that everything was cleared by having water washing through the gutters and each connecting downspout.

Everything went perfectly, no problems. They were a little late and there was a small mixup which they apologized for as they were stuck in traffic. But everything was taken care of.
