Shawn had two men come to wash and clean our windows, storms & screens. We had about 28 window, 1st, 2nd flr and Basm. They were here about 2-3 hrs. They did a fantastic job. Our windows sparkle now. We will definitely have them back.

The owner was great in rescheduling the job, the workers showed up on time, were very nice and accommodated the work that I needed done. The problem was that the Windows weren't cleaned well. It seemed ok before the sunlight hit. Then I saw the windows were blurred and streaky, had to have them recleaned by someone else.

Terrible. Very poor communication. Took weeks to schedule, then it rained. No follow up and even after asking for only Angies list communication to record contact, they failed to confirm appointment and were a no show and then told me I had to call Angies List for a refund!

Very well. They saw to it I was satisfied with the work performed

Not so great. It took them a month to complete the work and it was not very well done. I still have loose boards on both the front and back porches and the staining was sub par and sloppy.

You probably really want to talk to my wife but I thought they did an okay job. It took them a very long time to do it partly because of the weather and partly because it took them a long time to do it. Once they did it, the job seemed to be okay. I thought they did an okay job but I also thought that it took them an awful long time to do it.

Badly. I bought a deal that ended up costing more than I could have gotten elsewhere and the job was done poorly.

Never heard from the company. No contact. No way to reach them. They took the money and ran!!!!!!!

Went fine. We scheduled a few weeks out. Crew of two showed up as scheduled and performed work as described and intended. Appreciated they asked for a walk around inspection before they put their equipment away

The crew worked about an hour since some of the gutters were really full. They replaced a bit of curved gutter that had been thrown off at the first big rain in spring. This is the 2nd time we've had them, and they do good work. We had to pay an extra $20 since we have a 2nd floor.

This was good, I wouldn’t say it was great.

Everything went very well. We'd never pressure washed our house before & it had a few deep mildew stands. Shawn & his crew came out right on time, were extremely professional, quick, friendly, thorough & got every nook and cranny of the exterior of the house. The exterior has never looked better in the 8 years I've owned it. Would totally re-hire them again to wash the house

Scheduled work, he didn't show up, rescheduled and again no show. I've called him at least 3 times and left him messages, no response.

Were there when they said they would come, between 8 and 10 in the morning. Got to work right away and cleaned all gutters, spouts in about an hour...great job done. Second time getting them here, and NO extra's added like others!!!! Will use them again!!!

Shawn and his team worked hard, let me select the stain color, completed the wash and stain quickly, and came back for touch-ups due to rain. Reasonable price as well. We also added all the decks from the building, which he and his team completed. Well done.

They did a very good job. They were fast, efficient and very clean.

It went well. The two-man crew showed up when they were supposed to. At first there was a little confusion about the work to be done (they had thought it was to pressure wash a deck instead of siding), but it was quickly resolved. The crew lead was professional and polite. Work was done very well. Very happy with the results.

This is a LOUSY deal. On 5/22 two employees without uniforms showed up at my home in a van without any company lettering to pressure wash and seal my deck. To give some credit, they did show up on time. They first measured my deck to make sure it was 200 sq ft or less (it is). At the end of my small deck, I have a 2 x 2 step and the way they measured it added an additional 30 sq ft. Because of this, they wanted to charge me a extra $100.00. I talked to Sean Ward (owner) and he told me my square footage was more than what the deal allotted. Thankfully I had a printed out the deal I had purchased and the square footage listed was more than what I had. Sean tried saying that the printout was wrong and the deal was listed incorrectly (not my problem). After agreeing to uphold the deal the employees unloaded a consumer grade pressure washer with low psi and proceeded to pressure wash the deck which took 35 minutes to complete. During the process, one of the employees did the pressure washing while the other talked on his phone the majority of the time. The end result was unsatisfactory as they didn't have the proper tools. My deck was never water sealed in the end as I did not want them to come back nor did I contact to reschedule this service.

Not easy to get a hold of, but once job was scheduled, the team did a good job!

DO NOT USE First available appointment wasn't for 4 weeks after purchase. That appointment was just to power wash the deck, then needed to come back a second time to do other cleaning work and seal the deck. After 2 additional months and 3 cancellations/missed appointments by Shawn, we told him not to come. His response when I professionally told him that due to all the cancellations that we won't need his services anymore? "I won't shoot myself in the head about it." I hope others haven't received similar service. We tried to be flexible but after 3 months and multiple missed dates, which we made sure someone stayed home to meet him, we said enough is enough.

the provider would not provide a approximate cost to have the deck done in an oil stain. I communicated a number of times with him and gave him the info he requested and never received a price range other than Angies' list requires a $2.00 per square foot extra. I cancelled the contract on or about June 4, 2016 and never received a refund even though I specifically asked for one.
