Description of Work: The service provider was prompt in returning my message regarding the gutter cleaning. I was told that they would be in my area the week of November 12, and a more specific time of appointment would be made. There is no urgency about cleaning my gutters, but it does seem a little odd for someone to sign up for this without the apparent capability of actually providing reasonably prompt service. Steve Menhennett Addendum: The service was performed in December. They did good work, were very courteous, charged an extra $30 for my 3 story house, they did keep me informed about when they were coming, tho as I said above I was a little surprised at the long wait from the time of purchasing the Big Deal.

Description of Work: I made the appointment for gutter cleaning. Shawn and his crew came, did the work, cleaned up afterwards. You could not tell they had even been here.

Description of Work: All windows in the home were cleaned inside and out. Shawn (it was awhile ago, I think that was his name), the owner, was very responsive. We had several weather situations plus my travel schedule that required us to delay the project, but he was quite accomodating. He had 2 or 3 guys doing the work. I gave a C for professionalism not because of Shawn, but because of some of his guys. They were initially moving slow, but Shawn sped them up. It just seemed as though they needed to be closely managed. I would just ask that Shawn have a standard of shoes off and/or booties on the shoes when in the house as I felt that the guys doing the work needed to be told that several times. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Above the Rest did an amazing job cleaning our condo windows. I literally stare out the windows in our sunroom and can't believe how clean they are. They arrived on time, were very careful to keep floors clean, cleaned not only the panes but the sills and were really nice to boot. I'm definitely using them again but I don't know when because my windows are so clean.

Description of Work: Shawn's crew cleaned the gutters on my detached garage for an additional $25. Such a great deal! They left the gutters and ground underneath them spotless. They also reattached a fallen downspout. All in all, Shawn was super! I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Purchased the Angie's Deal for gutter cleaning. He indicated he only got out to the Schaumburg area every other Saturday. When my appointed Saturday arrived no one showed, nor did I receive a call or email. So I sent an email and he responded he would be there on Monday. Monday arrived and still no gutter cleaning. Did arrive on Tuesday morning and the crew got to work right away cleaning the gutters. He was a very nice guy that I probably would have liked if it hadn't taken almost a month to get the gutters cleaned. I considered it very unprofessional that I was allowed to sit at home for two days (had to be home because it costs an additional $20 for a two story home) when no one showed up and I had to do the follow up.

Description of Work: window cleaning ! I thought window cleaning included storm windows as well but it did not .I had to pay an extra $75.00 for the storm windows. As money is tight I possibly would of waited to have it done. We did have a problem connecting on a mutual time. Over all they did a good job and were very respectful gentlemen Yes I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned 35 casement windows after installation. Did a good job, in spite of crew leader having to very closely supervise crew and reaccomplish several of their "cleaned" windows. Overall great attitude, price and follow up.
