Description of Work: The big deal was purchased and I was supposed to be contacted. Two weeks went by without an email or phone call so I contacted the company. They hurriedly made me an appointment that was two weeks away. They never called to cancel or showed up on that day. They never contacted me once.

Description of Work: I purchased the special offered on Angie's List. Shawn was very responsive and considerate of my scheduling needs. He and his worker were efficient and did a very good job. I did pay his regular price for extra windows even though he did only the inside of some windows. I noticed some dirt left on floors after they were gone, but despite that, the windows look great, and I was satisfied with the work and appreciative of the flexible scheduling.

Description of Work: I purchased this offer April 16th, 2013. It took approximately two weeks to get a response from the vendor, and when I did get a response I was told that they were backed up and couldn't provide the service for a couple more weeks. Then, on the day the service was to be completed, I called the vendor around 11am to see when they would be arriving and was told by Shawn that I was not scheduled for that day. We finally came to an agreement on a date (A Saturday) and I missed our appointment. On May 27th I reached out to the vendor again and was told that the service couldn't be completed until after June 25TH. When I gave the vendor my availability (June 27-28), I was told the earliest day would be July 10th. I believe this has gone on long enough and will be looking for another person to clean the windows. This was a very poor customer service experience.

Description of Work: I talked to provider once. He was to call me back that weekend to set up a day/time. That was several weeks ago. I wanted my windows done in spring - not summer. Will take care of it another way.

Description of Work: Provider does not respond promptly to emails. Nearly 2 weeks later and no tentative date has been set for the service. 5 days since my last email and I still haven't heard back.

Description of Work: Shawn's workers arrived on time, brought everything needed with them and cleaned very well all of the windows in a four story townhouse in Lakeview. They were efficient, friendly and careful of the house as they worked. They did an excellent, difficult job efficiently. The price is more than the deal because there were many more windows than were included in the deal.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from a internet coupon company for window washing. I don't remember what I paid since I am posting this review more than a year later. Apologies. The owner was very nice & accommodating. He and a new employee did my windows. When I set the appointment, I told him how many windows I had, their types and that he would need extra tall ladders since this is a townhome. They came unprepared & I had to drag out my tallest ladders for them to work. It was ridiculous. I could have done the windows myself. The work was only average on most windows and terrible on some. I specifically asked them to remove/clean/replace screens 1 at a time since the sizes vary. To save time, they did not do this. The result was screens being placed on the wrong windows which resulted in 3 being blown out/broken during the next storm, which of course, was at my cost. Additionally, they ran out of time on my job & left the uppermost windows uncleaned. I would NEVER use them again nor recommend anyone else do the same.
