The weather has been a huge factor in our area for the past few months. We were pretty much killed by it early on. There are dozens of jobs that we were not able to get to, however, I did make every effort to reach out and notify each customer, whether that be via email, angieslist, or a phone call. In some instances I may forgotten, and apologize profusely for that. As of today, 3/20/14 some of the jobs from the fall are still on our books, and we will make every effort to get those completed and restore our stellar reputation.

The weather has been a huge factor in our area for the past few months. We were pretty much killed by it early on. In some instances I may forgotten, and apologize profusely for that. As of today, 3/4/14 the jobs from the fall are still on our books, and we will make every effort to get those completed and restore our stellar reputation. The customer actually took atleast a month to respond to my initial voice message, once he responded he asked for an estimate for window cleaning also. We went out to his house and gave him an estimate for window cleaning. He took another two weeks to get back to me. Once he called me back he asked me to coordinate with his wife because he worked out of town. We only scheduled with the wife once, and the time that we did schedule, it rained. We spoke once after that day and we agreed to wait til Spring.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $89 for Your Choice of Window Cleaning Packages. They cleaned 40 windows exterior. I did have to pay for additional services. My experience was great and I felt they did a good job. It was easy to get a hold of them to schedule and Shawn, the owner, picked up the phone every time. He was also there supervising the job as well.

We haven't been able to perform the jobs due to the weather, Gutters can't be cleaned if there's rain, sleet, snow or ice present. It can cause insurance issues as well as potential safety issues for my employees. Over 50% of the customers who purchased the big deal haven't had the work completed at this point due to the terrible weather. I have contacted each person via email to update.

Description of Work: I booked Above the Rest through an Angies list deal for window cleaning. I usually don't like to pay other people to do things I think I can do myself, but I am so glad I did! They were prompt, thorough and did an excellent job. They cleaned all our windows, screens, and sills. It was worth every penny.
