Description of Work: I have a lot of windows and they gave me a good price to clean more of the windows. They were very good & kept checking to see if I was happy with the job they were doing. They were very responsive to fixing things that I wanted done a certain way.

Description of Work: We purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning services. They have been great!

Description of Work: The work performed was fine, the scheduling was mixed up because apparently my contact info wasn't passed on to them when I bout the Big Deal. Once I contacted them (instead of them contacting me as it was stated on the Big Deal fine print) everything was fine. | |Better job than the last company I hired, the area around the house was clean afterwards (the other company I used, it looked like they took stuff from the gutters and threw it on the ground).

Description of Work: This company is great! I hire them to clean gutters and clean windows. They couldn't be nicer, and more willing to please. The owner, Shawn, is very hands on- and his crew really likes him- always a good sign. |They are punctual, courteous and do a flawless job. The only slight problem is scheduling. I recommend that you schedule way in advance of when you want them to do the work. |I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They did alright, windows that were easy to clean were cleaned well, windows that were difficult(tree sap) were not cleaned well. I do not think the service provider was prepared to handle anything beyond just ordinary dirt and that they did fairly well.

Description of Work: Above the Rest was hired to clean out gutters. They arrived promptly on the date of the appointment and seemed to have done a thorough job. Unfortunately, my drainpipe became clogged as a result of the services they performed. When the company was contacted to address the issue, they missed first appointment altogether. At the second appointment, the owner not only didn't take responsibility for the problem but became uncooperative and argumentative. It was very unproductive and unprofessional. |

Description of Work: This was an AL Big Deal. They cleaned 13 double-hung windows for a great price, and also agreed to clean two picture windows for a minimal additional charge. They were on time, professional, and quick. We have used them before and have been very happy with their service every time they have come.

Description of Work: Due to high winds, the original appointment had to be changed. I had to email them more than once before they responded with a revised date. Once they arrived, they did a good job. I am unsure of the date since it was a while ago.
