Shawn forgot about our first appointment, but rescheduled quickly. The three workers who showed up did the best window cleaning I've ever had. They sparkle - even the triple pane glass, which is tricky. Great work.

They were going to do 100 sq feet for $199. Then they came to measure and said oh it is way more than 100 sq feet, it's 140 sq feet so that makes the price an additional $250. I said well, I don't really know how that math works out but ok, I guess if that's what it is, then that's what it is. Then they wanted to nickel and dime me about the paint. They went to Home Depot or someplace to get the paint and they said the paint that they said they would get for me costs more than what they factored in in their price the cost was even more. The final insult was, I guess, although they did do the job and it looks good and I think it will last awhile, they quibbled about what they were gonna paint and what they were not gonna paint. I have this crisscross wood pattern in between the railings, and they didn't want to paint that because they said that would use up too much paint so they didn't. I would just rather have people who are gonna come and paint the deck and not dicker around about they can't do this and they can't do that. But the final thing, well, it wasn't the final thing because they did actually come back and finish, but they told me that they ran out of paint and it really wasn't worth their while to come back and finish. They wanted me to hire somebody local to finish the touch up. I said no I am not doing that, I've already paid you guys twice as much as I agreed to, and I want you to finish the job. And they did but I didn't expect to give them a good rating. I had already told somebody they were dragging their feet, everything was whining. It's too far to come back very soon so this dragged on and on. They did paint it but the rest of it was a sub par experience. This was just exhausting for me.

Great - arrived on time, and were done in about an hour or so.

The painters did a terrible job. The painters missed a lot of spots. I called the boss, Shawn, because they missed a lot of spaces all over the front porch and didn't cover things very well. Shawn told me that he would do the rest himself. I have sharp eyes, but I could see clearly that it was done poorly so I decided to do more painting in certain spots by myself. He knew I was deaf and can not hear so I use texting to communicate directly through contact. I had told him about blue colored tape all over the long gutters. The boss promised me to remove them and I had to remind him more than half dozen times and every time he said "okay, I'll take care of it". Two months, I still hadn't heard anything. I had to text to remind him more than half a dozen times. It's been a whole year and two weeks and I called with my last warning for him to honor his promise. He told me he would do them two days ago and I do have proof of texts between him and myself and he still never came to honor his promise to remove all of blue painter tape off of the white colored gutters. I called the boss every two months because the boss never came to my house at all. After I had to remind him every two months and he said he will but he never came. He made a whole lot of excuses for not coming to my house and at the end I texted him two weeks ago and he said he would come last Tuesday. The weather was nice and he still never came. He still hasn't honored his promise and it has been over a year and I'm fed up with his lies. And yes, I did pay extra money by writing a check for another $150 to him. Now, I'm not sure what is the best solution.

This was an $89 big deal purchase for a window cleaning package. I don't remember the exact date they did come out. They were very responsive. They were running a little bit late but someone called me from the office to let me know and to check and see if that would be okay. I appreciated that. They called beforehand to say they were running late. Their professionalism was wonderful; they were very professional. They did an excellent job and they were very responsive, very polite and, as matter of fact, they did a little bit extra. I looked and the guy was actually doing the front door too which was not part of the cost. The workers I came in contact with were very nice, very professional and very respectful. I think they did a good job with the work as a whole. It was almost like they wanted the whole house to look nice. I appreciated that.

It was outstanding. Very dependable, detailed, flexible, professional, and caring. They were clean and punctual and had a fair price. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use them again.

Very impressed. Shawn stayed with his crew and supervised. He addressed all my "little" spots on the windows and took care of everything. It was a very good experience. His price is fair and he worked with me to accomodate my schedule. This was the 2nd time I have used him.

They previously cleaned the carpet and windows at my house, I was so impressed that I hired them to clean my gutters, and I was not disappointed. These guys are great......

Took them about 3 months to call me and set up appointment. when the day came they didn't show up until I called them so they were 3 hours late. They said they didn't know where I live!?! I didn't notice until the next day they did not do the screens or the sill or frame!

They were too busy and disorganized. Very nice people but poor service!!!
