Description of Work: Initially, I had problems getting a response to my e-mail request to schedule an appointment, but that problem was resolved. Avery and Charles arrived right on time, were very professional, and overall did an excellent job. I should have inspected the work more thoroughly before they left though, as a couple of days later I found two of my screens lying in the mud. Not a huge problem, but not what I paid for.

Description of Work: They washed the inside and outside of all our windows, including storm windows, and glass doors. There were a total of 13 windows, 6 storms and 5 doors. They also cleaned out the gutters on the house and detached garage. The team of 2 workers were very efficient and did a great job on cleaning the glass. We discovered, several hours after they were gone that a security system magnet had been broken off one of the windows. I called the next day and the owner offered to pay for the damage, which he promptly did. Now that's great customer service! I will use them again in the autumn and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I was told to expect the crew between 10 and 1 and they showed up at 3:30 with 2 guys to clean my windows inside and out. They didn't finish up until 8:30...the windows are cleaner than they were but they are not as clean as I would expect for &350+. Guys were very kind and polite.
