Description of Work: Power washed my deck and I hired them to stain it. Not perfect but quite good!

Description of Work: Gotta give these guys a lot of credit. We hadn't had the windows washed in more than 20 years and they made them shine. It turned out that for various reasons, they couldn't wash some of them. And in some cases, it seemed they charged more for a certain kind of window than I think was warranted. All in all, they did what they were supposed to, spent a long time working on those windows. I'd say we got our money's worth. Even so, I only gave them a B on price because I had a bit of sticker shock. I bought the 'deal' for $89 but then spent something like another $350. |Probably my only complaint would be they weren't so good at cleaning up after themselves. That's why I gave them a B on professionalism. I wasn't home, but my husband was, and he said he had to catch them before they left to ask them to clean up messes they left on, say, a windowsill or a counter. (And there were some my husband missed that I had to clean.)

Description of Work: Paid for gutter cleaning, which was $120 for 2 story home. After a few weeks of waiting, it took my reaching out to the manager of the company to schedule a date, even though the website said they would be contacting me. When they did come, it was a bunch of very young seemingly high school kids. They did the work very quickly (which at first I was impressed with), only to find out the quality of work was very poor, and they forgot to take their bucket with them... barely containing any debris from the gutters (explaining why they did it so fast). Two days later it rained, and sure enough, water was still pooling in my gutters. I called the manager of the company and he sent the boys back out a couple of weeks later. Again, fast work (too fast in my opinion to make sure the job was done with quality). This time I asked them if the service included flushing out the drains, and he said "yes", only to then find out his interpretation of flushing drains meant tapping on the side of the conduit to "free up" any loose debris (which anyone reputable knows would never come out this way). Now here's the ringer... I hadn't used our backyard the day the boys came the 2nd time. The day AFTER they had done the work, I noticed water on my patio and it had not rained that day or the day before. I went out to see what the problem was and realized THE BOYS LEFT MY WATER HOSE RUNNING FULL BLAST AND NEVER SHUT IT OFF!! By that point it had been running for over 24 hours straight. I called the manager and complained, and he said he would refund part of the money I paid ($50), but it has been over a month and I have still not heard from him. Very disappointed. Last season I used a more expensive company, but got a very high quality experience. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned... moving on.

Description of Work: There was only one person for a very big job. After he left we had windows falling out if we attempted to open them plus we found two small springs near 2 windows. I called to report all of this and they promised to come correct it last Saturday, Sept. 12 but no one came and no phone call. Very poor public relations. Would not recommend to anyone.
